Summary: I've had this exact printer for about 4 years and it's been pretty good. You can't load too much or too little paper or it jams and it doesn't do too well with photos - they don't print perfectly centered, like the paper doesn't feed properly.
Not wireless, scan works well, ink dries up if not used often.

Summary: Works okay if you print often. I don't print sometimes for a month or so so the ink dries up and the black stopped working. The scanner function works well. I just purchased an HP LaserJet 200 and will give the C4680 away.
Average cheap printer. However, a few $ more gets you a much better printer

Summary: First off ebay's product description is incorrect when it comes to connectivity. The C4680 and the rest of the 4600 series only has USB connectability. The wireless networking feature is on the 4700 series which HP inconveniently also groups together.
Summary: Always remember when you buy a used product expect it to look used. This product was a used printer and it took some time to get it to work properly. I had to run it for about 50 pages before the ink settled in and the paper feeder was dry.
Summary: This printer does a great job with photos as well as regular documents--when it feeds the paper correctly, doesn't mysteriously disconnect from the computer, and gives reliable information about the amount of ink remaining. Glossy photo paper rarely feeds correctly.
Summary: I got this printer for free after a rebate purchasing my MacBook Pro from Apple 3 years ago in the summer of 2009. It was a great printer over all and I loved it because of its fast printing and semi-quietness while printing compared to my older printers.
Summary: The printer arrived in a non-descript box and stored in plastic peanuts (It was used). The peanuts got EVERYWHERE, inside and outside of the printer. I spent about 30 minutes picking plastic peanuts out of the inner workings of the printer (Not sure if I got them all, I guess I'll find out when I...
