Excerpt: This is the second HP product I've owned, I bought it because it was on sale, and I was desparate for a printer. I feel that HP products are all much too complicated for me, as I am tech-challenged. They always come with multiple applications that I neither want nor use. I will never buy another HP product.
Excerpt: this printer is nice while it works...like a firecracker . i had mine just over a year and now the touchscreen is going wild on it to my expectations, i found talk of this on hp website but no help or ideas and complaints started from what i see around summer of last year dont buy this product
Excerpt: The Hp All-in-One 4680 is not a bad printer, but I would not have purchased it for myself (gift). The picture quality is good, but it's slow and uses way too much ink. Not bad , but I would never buy one.
Excerpt: The quality of printing with this printer is very good, especially considering that the price was only around $80 - and I got a rebate as well. However, the paper feed is very bad. I returned the first one I had, as it wouldn't feed at all. The replacement was only slightly better. I should have returned it as well, but now it is too late. I don't know if they are all like that, but it's extremely frustrating. When it does print, it is fast and the quality is good.
Excerpt: As my title says, I have had three HP printers fail on me in one year. As you may guess, I no longer use HP printers anymore. This HP Photosmart C4680 sounds great on paper: It prints fast, is an All-in-One injet printer that does a lot more than printing, the quality of the print and copy is good etc. But, what good is all of these features if it is not reliable? The manufacturer's claims are meaningless if one cannot even get the printer to work correctly.
Excerpt: I haven't used it on anything photo-related, so my review might be biased. I just need something simple for a student workload, and this was the only printer available at the store I went shopping at. At first I was literally amazed at how fast it printed! However, "if it's too good to be true..." This is the only printer I've ever had that jams literally every other time I use it.
Summary: I'VE HAD SEVERAL HP PHOTOSMART PRINTERS AND THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE WORST. YOU CAN PUT IN SAN DISK BUT CAN'T DOWNLOAD ANY OF THE PICTURES THROUGH H/P. YOU HAVE TO USE YOU OWN P/C. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH WINDOWS LIVE PHOTO GALLERY THAT H/P BRINGS IN WHILE LOADING UP THE SOFTWARE. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PRINTER. I'M TOTALLY DISSATISFIED.
Summary: I have a problem with it printing black squares/rectangles on the back of everything! It's as if the ink has smudged or something. I tried cleaning it, and iv changed the ink, but it still happens. I print photographs all the time, and i do not want black marks on it, as i also print text on the back. It struggles to take 250gsm photo paper.
Summary: Decent for the price but if you are looking for a good quality printer id suggest you buy a epson printer or a dell, Installing the printer was very easy as you obtain the driver disk and instructions, The main problems I had was simple printing to A4 paper as you had to select borderless printing everytime so you have to remember to set this every time you wanted to print an A4 document which was very frustrating as the veryy top of your document was missing, I use nero...
Summary: Having just received and unpacked this printer I have 2 major quibbles: 1) No USB cable supplied, even though this is a requirement in the setting up process (note this is NOT a wireless printer - some previous reveiws are misleading in this regard. 2)The 'protective' sticker on the colour graphics display left marks on the screen when peeled away; I have been unable to clean these off. Seems to me this has damaged, rather than protected the product!
