Summary: The fact that this printer forces you to print an alignment page with every new ink cartridge is enough to make it 0 stars in my book. Also, the software package is incredibly bloated. I've owned HP products since the Deskjet 500C, the C4580 will be my last one.

Summary: Have used it on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and Mac OSX 10.6~10.9. It is never reliable. You need to manually feed the paper sheet per sheet to avoid paper jam. I am so regret to get this printer, however there is no refund policy in Hong Kong. I have to suffer.
Summary: The "wireless" does not work and don't even bother with the HP software for the printer, it's equally useless. The printer prints when it feels like it doesn't have a non-existent cartridge / paper jam. It takes ages to print something because of a problem that is not even there.

Summary: I don't often feel moved to write reviews of products but this printer has wasted literally days of my life. It is an appalling product produced by an appalling company in HP - looks good on paper but in reality is an utter nightmare to use.
Summary: I bought this printer about four years ago and decided to use now as I finally need a printer at home. I tried to fix the cartridges and the colour cartridge doesn't stay fixed in the socket hence, I have to go and buy a new printer as it won't operate in this state.
Summary: I've had this printer for a couple of years now, and I'm ready to take a baseball bat to it. It freezes up randomly and the wireless is barely functional. Thinking I could avoid the freezing problem if I hooked it up by USB (defeating the purpose of buying a wireless printer, of course), I gave that...
Works. Don't buy it. In-built crippling features. Awful software.

Summary: First, this is my opinion and I may be wrong on some points as I am an end-user who is just giving his experiences. Let me share the negatives because this printer has forced me to waste so much money on it. 1. The printer cartridges expire to "protect" the customer.
