Summary: It jams too often for simple printing and doesn't always recognize new ink cartridges that are HP brand-argh...I've set up other AIO's that were much "smarter" than this one and it seems to be more challenging than some others to work with other computers. I've had 3 laptops and one iMac connected to this. Now it won't recognize the Mac no matter what I do and I'm replacing it. It has had some issues over time and frankly is cheap in my opinion.
Summary: I've had this printer for a month or so now and really haven't played around with it much aside from your standard home printing. Today, I've tried to print jewel case inserts using the iTunes "print" function only to find out that the printer is not compatible to this iTunes function. I've spent time online looking for solutions and apparently, this is an issue and people are not happy about it. I'm not happy about it.
Summary: Product is exactly as expected and fully meeting my needs. However, I received an additional SURPRISE from the vendor Li's electonics, which was a cockroach - alive. This is unacceptable from any vendor.

Photo Paper Thin, vinyl carrying case w/handles for the printer should you wish to travel with it CD's & quick setup guide Initial setup After unpacking everything, setup is easy. Summary: I have been using HP printers since 1990. The latest until this one has been the C7280 Photosmart (I have 2 in 2 different locations where I spend 6 months each). The one in the vacation location here went bananas and would only copy and fax so I had to try reinstalls and downloads but to no avail. I spotted a C410A at OfficeMax for $149.99 and with $50 back for the C7280, $100 is a bargain if it stays reasonably trouble free.
Summary: THE ITEM RECD WAS A REFURBISHED C410A. I FOUND LOOSE PARTS IN BOX THAT HAD TO BE REINSTALLED AND THERE WAS NO OWNER MANUAL TO GUIDE ME IN OPERATING THIS MACHI. A TECH SET IT UP TO OPERATE AND REINSTALLED \LOOSE PARTS FOUND, BUT I STILL DO NOT HAVE INSTR MANUAL SO I CAN EFFECTIVELY USE THIS MACHINE.. I AM FRUSTRATED ABOUT IT....
Summary: I purchased this printer in February 2011 and was initally excited to have a wireless printer that I could scan with. This feeling was short lived as I was only able to scan without incident for about 2 weeks and then I begun to get the error message that :"the scan cannot be performed because another program or computer is using the networked HP device.
Summary: This printer is working OK for me. Photo quality will do but is not as good as an earlier HP model I had (Photosmart C6180) that died too young. If you get this, though, and you buy ink from HP online, beware. The HP web site does not recognize a search for "HP Photosmart Prem C410", which is the string that is automatically entered when you click the "Shop for HP Supplies" icon that is automatically placed on the desktop during software installation.
Summary: I received this printer from Amazon and proceeded to try it out. The hookup and wireless connection was simple. The copy quality was good. The only problems I had was the ADF, papers were sometimes off side plus it would not scan double sided paper. The black ink ran out after less than 100 sheets because of the small ink cartridge that came with it. I could have bought a larger ink cartridge that prints more than 100 pages. The good is picture quality is best in market.
Summary: UUUgh. We bought this printer as a Family Christmas present. The "e-Print" concept works fine for us and it is a grand idea. Unlike some others, I had no problems with wireless set-up or using those types of function. My problem is just with the plain old "feeding paper into the printer and getting something out" kind of variety.
