Summary: works ok but can take up to a minute to grab paper and print it a lot of clattering no printing for a while . eats ink at a hig rate even though set a lowest possible it wants me to change cartriages even with 30 or more pages left to print got to force it to go to tha end this is not the old HP quality that they once had between business and home ive owned a couple dozen but as the years have gone by the name has gone astray ,bye bye HP your done here
Summary: This printer worked great until it didn't. Easy to set up and print wirelessly from iPad and MacBook. Worked for 3-1/2 years. Then a printhead error occurred. And that was that. I cleaned it as recommended, but no joy. Costs almost as much for a new printhead as it does to replace the entire printer...
Can't view or print a previously sent fax, only the fax log

Summary: Where is the option to print or even see a fax you sent to someone? NOT log, the actual document you sent, how come they won't give an option to review it, or print it. My old hp printer had that ability this newer model won't help or direct me how to.
Summary: I owned a Lexmark and a Dell printer before I bought this one. I loved the Lexmark and I hated the Dell. When I decided that I wanted a wireless printer, I chose the HP to go with the new HP computer I bought. This printer cannot compare in any way to the Lexmark, but I'm not comparing apples to apples because the Lexmark was not wireless.
Summary: Although part of me wants to give this printerr less then 3 stars, the other part of my brain reminds me that, as a "regular" printer, it was okay...it did print photos and documents fairly well, and worked as a fax almost all the time. However, there are some serious drawbacks to this printer, which should not have existed, as this device was sold as a wireless printer for the Mac and as a speedy machine. The first and most obvious drawback is how slow this thing is.
Summary: HP has been my manufacturer of choice for printers since the early 1990s. I gave this product only 3 stars, because there's some well-known glitch that regularly won't allow me to print photos until resetting the printer completely, sometimes more than once or twice. It also does not print the correct size of image when my husband prints from his PC (I use a Mac) - the images come out way too small.
Summary: It jams too often for simple printing and doesn't always recognize new ink cartridges that are HP brand-argh...I've set up other AIO's that were much "smarter" than this one and it seems to be more challenging than some others to work with other computers. I've had 3 laptops and one iMac connected to this. Now it won't recognize the Mac no matter what I do and I'm replacing it. It has had some issues over time and frankly is cheap in my opinion.
Summary: I've had this printer for a month or so now and really haven't played around with it much aside from your standard home printing. Today, I've tried to print jewel case inserts using the iTunes "print" function only to find out that the printer is not compatible to this iTunes function. I've spent time online looking for solutions and apparently, this is an issue and people are not happy about it. I'm not happy about it.
Summary: Product is exactly as expected and fully meeting my needs. However, I received an additional SURPRISE from the vendor Li's electonics, which was a cockroach - alive. This is unacceptable from any vendor.

Photo Paper Thin, vinyl carrying case w/handles for the printer should you wish to travel with it CD's & quick setup guide Initial setup After unpacking everything, setup is easy.
