Summary: In general, this printer is fine. It is not impressive in any specific way it just does it's job. Where I have a problem is HP's approach to ink. This printer uses two different black ink cartridges. One for photo and one for text. My text cartridge recently ran out and I need to print a single document so I thought I would use just the photo cartridge. Removed the empty text cartridge and the printer no longer works.
Summary: The HP Photosmart C410A is the 3rd HP all-in-one printer, copier, scanner, fax I have owned for our small business. This one lasted a little over a year and a half before it died. The last 2 only lasted a year. HP's printers are not made to last. I started having problems with the HP PhotoSmart C410A about 6 months ago with lines appearing in the print copies.
Summary: This is the worst HP printer that I have ever owned. I have had numerous problems with it including paper jams and printer lock ups . THe only reason that I bought it was because it was the only Photo quality printer that they made with a wired fax line.
Summary: I wanted to be able to print from my iPad and IPhone and at the time there were only a few printers with airplay capability. This printer received good reviews from various websites including Amazon. I had pretty good luck with HP printers, but I decided to go to the local big box stores and talk to some of the salespersons first. I still wasn't sure, so I went back 2 more times before I decided to buy it. I don't think I've ever regretted a purchase as much as this one.

Summary: The title says it all, it a fantastic printer, the print quality is amazing and it prints fast and does not use as much ink as the older models that used the 564xl cartridges. But the scanner (both duplex and flatbed died last week) The scanner lightbar lights but everything prints a black page. Even if I press copy or scan from the computer it's the same result. I called HP as this was under warranty and HP has stood up and sending me a replacement refurbed unit.
Summary: While I do like the printer a lot, the scanner works, the copier works, it's quick, it's quiet, it prints wonderfully, THIS USES WHAT HP HAS BECOME KNOWN FOR, BAD CARTRIDGES!!! I don't print a whole lot, but the cartridges this takes do not live up to their specs! I replaced all the cartridges because when printing, they dry up fast, Maybe 300 sheets of black if you're lucky. I replaced all three color cartridges at a price of $60 with genuine HP ink.
Summary: I've had this printer for almost a year now. I used it to replace two older HP printers (a laserjet and a photo printer) and to go wireless. PROS: -The wireless functionality of it is perfect. I can print from any computer, anywhere in the house, even my iPad and Blackberry. THAT is fantastic! -The automatic two-sided printing is also wonderful. I will never buy a printer that only offers one-sided printing again.
Summary: We purchased this printer for the Fax as well as printing combination. Everything seemed to be working, we received faxes and we were able to print from our computer. The very first time we tried to fax a report or scan one, it would not work. The printer said we had a paper jam but when we opened the top to free the jam a plastic feeder fell out. We were unable to get the installed back in. It should have been a simple thing to put back as it turned out nothing worked.
Summary: For a multi-function printer it prints well. The ability to use all the functions on all the computers on the network for a low cost device is nice. But keep a bunch of ink on hand. Each little cartridge is $10 retail, and they do not last long. There are 5 of them in the printer as well. I am ditching it and getting a color laser and get more than 15 sheets out before needed a replacement on one of the cartriges.
