Summary: printer works great when it works however there are quite a bit of issues with not printing, scanning etc. This is my second one exactly like this and the same thing happened to the first one.
We as a family will NEVER EVER BUY an HP inkjet printer, after buying a "no model # on face" C410 machine !!

Summary: We bought this for home use. Had to replace the first 4-5 printers ,under standard warranty, in less than a week-month, before found one that sort of worked. Setup was easy , until it locked in 'landscape' mode.
Summary: This printer sucks! It constantly reverts to "idle" status and leaves me dead in the water. HP offered one solution: download updated print drivers specifically for this printer, but when I did I got a message saying that the volume was not large for the download, whatever the hell that means.
Summary: What a piece of junk. The scanner has never been able to connect to my computer, then the printer driver stopped working, it gives little to no information about errors. The software that came with it lets me both scan and print a test page, so I don't know why the driver mysteriously stopped...
Summary: Never again. Often stops communicating with my computer and needs to be rebooted or reset Also, this printer has a mind of its own, works when it feels like it, and it is very frustrating when you're busy and need it to work. I just cannot tolerate in unreliable printer.
Summary: This printer is old and doesn't work as well as HP's newer model first of all. Also they have stopped making ink for it so if you decide to buy this low quality printer anyway because its cheap, better stock up on the cheap ink too. It drinks a lot of it,,,oh did I say cheap.
