I've had this printer for years!

Summary: I have had this printer for quite some time and I am happy that it finally died. It guzzles ink, it is super loud, malfunctions all the time. The only feature that I didn't like about it was the ease of the Scanner.
Summary: I am torn about this printer. I have had it for several years. I have only had to replace the power supply cord once. It gobbles ink like water. If the apt is humid, or my hands are sweaty the ink on the paper smudges and runs, It does jam paper frequently.
Summary: For 3 1/2 stars: The scanner is awesome! The photo card-to-PC upload is excellent. The copies are accurate & crisp. The printer prints very nicely. However, it appears to guzzle ink at the blink of an eye.
Summary: Although this printer looks cheap, it's actually very expensive. If you tend to type a lot and print a lot, you're going to find out that the black ink runs out pretty quickly and although there is an indicator of how much black ink is left, it's very unreliable since you won't be able to make good...
Summary: I bought this all-in-one PSC years ago, knowing full well that while it wasn't the best thing on the market, it was an HP printer, and they usually held up well. Several years later, the printer is limping along well enough.
Summary: This all-in-one machine is ok for most basic office uses. It is quite compact, easy-to-use, and the price is really unbeatable. I am very satisfied with the print speed. However, I am disappointed in a few things: 1. The ink consumption.
Summary: The HP Photosmart C3180 was my Christmas present...so I'll have to lean towards kind sentiments here, in case my boyfriend is lurking. HP products in general have a good reputation, so I was initially quite hopeful about the potential for this unit.
Summary: This printer is pretty good except it doesn't just use ink- it gulps ink. I have spent a fortune in color ink cartridges for my small home-based business. Better off to buy an Epson with individual ink cartridges.
Summary: Considering the low price of this printer and the relatively low price for the ink, the printer is not a bad deal. There isn't much to say about the printer, it performs correctly and reasonably fast as long as you have it set to draft print quality. I never knew this before.
Summary: The reasons for my low rating are two. First, you will run through a black ink cartridge quickly. Second, There is not a way to print in "Draft" mode to conserve ink. All fonts appear to print in bold.
