Summary: Just bought this printer online, It is chewing up the paper and not printing properly. I don't know if it's because it is refurbished or not. I am taking it back to Wal -Mart today. I don't have time to be without a print and putting it in the shop. Only used once.
Summary: Defective right out of the box! Print head failed. Followed the HP online diagnostic to the point where I had to call for warranty as directed . 2 emails, 3 phone calls, 2 hours hold time ,6 pages of documents faxed to HP just to prove I purchased the item and that it was under warranty.
Summary: In spite of all the stickers and reassurances that this product passed all of HP's quality control checks, it started of with an error stating there was an error in the print system contact HP. Device was defective out of the box. I guess I learned a lesson about buying "reconditioned" items.
