Summary: The length of time was a nightmare. The first printer sent would not take the paper for printing so it was returned. Then a second printer was sent which worked OK. This is not a good experience ordering a printer. Lonnie Bever
Summary: Very disappointed in this printer. I have tried to setup a static ip address, tried to reinstall the software, but to no avail. If I do not use the printer for 10 minutes I have to re-setup the wifi on the printer to get it to connect to my macbook.
Summary: Never worked. always said "one or more cartridge appears damaged or missing" Replaced all cartridges. Still never worked. saw advice on HP's site about "wiggling" the cartridges. (Ridiculous advice for a piece of tech. wiggling? really?) Garbage.
Summary: This is the worst printer I have ever owned - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It runs out of ink overnight, the print quality is terrible, and the its networking functions are horrible. My print jobs were coming out all faded and illegible, so I ran the print quality diagnostic report.
Summary: I have owned this printer for about a year now. It constantly is coming up with the low ink symbol. I have now replaced the black ink cartridges 4 times with original HP hi capacity cartridges and they only last for about 15 pages before it complains of low ink. Printer is also slow.
Summary: Horrible printer, as many others have stated on here and all around the internet - the printer loses it's wifi connection after a few minutes. You need to reboot the printer to print again. It's worthless. If you want to print via wifi, AirPrint, etc - STAY AWAY.
