Summary: Lasted about a year or so, with frequent need to clean printhead, then couldn't clean. I won't buy a HP printer again, not worth the price when others are cheaper and do as much. The "eFax" is a complete rip off, requires a monthly fee. Very disappointing.

Summary: the problem with this printer is when you try and print something you can't pick the size so it ends up being too big or too small and that is REALLY ANNOYING when you try and fit things on to a limited amount of space.
Summary: We've this printer for several years now and it worked fine at the beginning, which we mostly used it for printing and scanning and the occasional fax. It even handled wireless set up very easily and worked fine.

Summary: Takes a few minutes to warm up. Ink doesn't last long, I don't print out color because its a waste, but IDK if I'm doing it wrong or not, but I would print out maybe 30 pages of something, and my ink are about 25% left. but the black is still 75 left. everything is great, but ink is not great.
Summary: I don't think that I have had a color printer that uses ink so fast! Are the cartridges smaller these days (but keeping high price)? Has HP poised themselves to make more profit on ink and offer the printers cheaper?
Summary: Good scanner which is why it gets 2 stars. However..... It is a terrible photo printer. Without a doubt, it's the worst I've ever used. Our old, ancient C88 prints better pictures than this thing.
Summary: In theory, this is a nice printer. It does a lot of cool stuff, like prints on both sides of the paper, and has an auto-feed copy feature. That's all great when it works. But sometimes, randomly, it decides not to work. It's that simple. No rhyme or reason.
Summary: After years of using Brother and Canon, I wore them out after a few years... so I decided to buy a less expensive almost throw away product. HP had the features I was looking for in this printer. I did not expect the ink to run out so fast, then the cost. So I tried refills at Costco.
Summary: I have had many HP printers in the past and loved all of them and felt I really got a great deal for the money. When it was time to get a new printer I went with HP as usual. This is the first one I am not completely satisfied with. It does a decent job of printing but uses ink so quickly.
Summary: I bought this because I thought my photos would be even better than my old HP all-in-one with a single color cartridge. I've been disappointed. Shades are just not as accurate. What you see on the computer screen is just not what prints out. Ink cartridges seem to need replacement much too often.
