Excerpt: I just purchased a HP Photosmart All in one Printer from Staples got a floor model and it is just fantastic and printing up a storm while I contnue to look for work, I even applied for a job at the Orange store after talking with the Manager Chad whom I thought I would hear from so I continued my search and completed an application in which I have yet to hear from anyone.
Excerpt: I have had nothing but problems with this printer. It will not print photo's on photo paper, unless I remove the regular paper, then it gets all confused and takes forever to print on regular paper. now after it prints I get a message the photo tray needs to be lowered or it will not print, so I have to keep clearing it out before I can get it to print. I haven't even owned it a year.
Excerpt: As senior citizen I am somewhat challenged by some of the new technology products on the market. However, I always read the information provided and am usually confident in my ability to master the new items. The information provided with my 'HP Photosmart e-All-in-one Printer by HP' has covered the basic directions and include many hints along the way; even this little eighty year-old lady has mastered my printer operation.
Summary: I purchased this printer new in September 2014 and didn't install until the end of September. I didn't try printing photos until November 3rd and I have to say this is the worst printer I have ever had. They had lines and streaks in most of the photos. I contacted HP and they sent me a refurbished piece of junk that has the same problem. I am going to contact them again and see if I can get any portion of my money back. I am very disgusted with HP and this printer.
Excerpt: I am very pleased with the quality of the photos that I have printed since receiving this printer.I am sure that I will be using this printer on a regular basis for quite sometime. I belong to many organizations where I am responsible for keeping data and other information. It is very important that I have a printer that I can readily rely on. I do hope that I will be able to purchase the ink cartridges for this machine.
Excerpt: I had and Epson Stylus color printer that I used until it died and I had a HP Photosmart printer in the box that I was going to use UNTIL I got a new laptop with Windows 8 on it and found that the HP Photosmart that I had wasn't compatible with Windows 8 - SO I had to get a new printer. This is a decent printer - it has features that my other HP didn't have but it also is lacking some that the other one did have (especially for photo vs paper auto selection of paper).
