Summary: Worked great until I got to the second set of cartridges. The black quit printing, tried every hack possible to fix it, now I have a boat anchor! Tech support charges $25 for support. I found out that this is a notorious problem for many HP printers. I do not recommend buying.
Summary: I've had this printer for almost two years, it worked great for a little while but after a few months it would almost sound like it was breaking internally after I would print something. You'd hear all sorts of clicks and cracks and things that you typically don't want to hear coming from a device.
Summary: Worked fine for about 6 months. Eats ink like crazy and constantly jams. I am on my 3rd HP printer, and each one is worse than the other. Ink is way too expensive. Wasted a lot of paper by it crumpling up and jamming!!!! On to a different brand.

Summary: New machine but keeps getting paper jams in the middle of printing (not even bringing the paper in but while printing). Losing a lot of ink and glossy paper because of this. Very frustrating. HP high quality products seem to be on a down turn.
Summary: I am not one to write reviews, but I wanted to save someone a lot of money and aggravation. The printer itself was relatively cheap to buy, but it sucks ink and money out of your wallet like no other printer I have owned. Don't consider buying the regular cartridges..
Summary: Had to align the cartridges 4 times before I could print out something, and again had to align when I wanted to print a next doc!! Consumed a lot go color! Not really thinking of printing another soon!! Awesome print, great looking!

Summary: I have spent hours trying to set up the wireless part of this printer. I opened a chat with a tech and it took him one hour to finally connect it. We tested printing several of my documents, they were fine.
