Summary: I have this printer and after a couple of years, printing just a few pages a month (small business), it stopped printing black ink. Out of warranty, naturally and oh, well, nothing they can do. I try and stay away from big vendors now and work with smaller companies that go the extra mile.
Summary: I am giving this stupid thing one last chance. It eats ink like crazy, especially color ink. I do not print that often either, swear once I printed 4 documents. So I just bought a cheap remanufactured black cartridge, waiting for it to ship, and refuse to refill the color cartridges.
Summary: This printer does a good job of printing. Unfortunately, it uses massive quantities of ink even if you barely use it. I have an HP Officejet Pro printer that sips ink and it's output is as good as a laser printer. Its super fast. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, it is not designed for photos.
Stay away from this printer, and avoid all other ink jet printers!

Summary: This printer literally lasted less than 500 pages, a year and a half of casual use. I know this because i just finished the original ream of 500 pages of printing paper that i bought with this printer at the end of 2012.
Summary: if i could, this item would have zero stars. once i used up the " included ink" and replaced with GENUINE HP ink..it hasnt worked since. apparently the inkhead is non replaceable. epic fail with this printer after a yr of hardly using it. honestly, where is the recall on this item. HP failed.

Summary: Printer has worked fine for the last year or so with just an occasional paper jam. Ink costs, like most HP printer ink, is a big expense. Out of the blue, the touchscreen went fuzzy and does not accept any commands. I am sure it would cost too much to fix versus just buying a new one.
