Summary: Worked perfectly for the first 8 months and during that time my wife, who is a Realtor, was very happy with it, however now it's not printing properly and is unusable. Looks like chicken scrawl across the paper.
Excerpt: I purchased this printer to replace a small office all-in-one. It was easy to setup and seems very robust. Prints very quickly and holds a ton of ink. However it is a very large unit. I have it on an office desk under a hutch and it nearly reaches the light. The scanner opens but not all the way.
Summary: My office recently purchased this printer to replace the black one, color one, and black and white copier we had. That's just two many machines for an office of 6 people! We also needed a scanner, and didn't want yet another piece of equipment.

Summary: Much bigger than I'd expected. Also, makes weird self-cleaning noises and other exercises out of the blue. However, it does print very, very fast, and the quality is good. The replacement cartridges are expensive, but that's an industry-wide thing.
Summary: This printer is very fast and the paper does not jam. I like the computer interface and scanning capabilities. It is easy to use. However, unbeknownst to me, I made a mistake of not using genuine HP ink when the original ink ran out.

Summary: High speed high capacity printing, easy installation and an easy to easy to navigate interface are the pros of this unit. The cons are one sided scanning and a manual feed tray that doesn't auto-detect when paper is loaded into it, so it doesn't default to that try when loaded and you have to play...
Summary: Overall impressions: prints very-very fast. In fact, it's the fastest-printing Inkjet printer I've ever seen! (without compromising the quality). POSITIVES: - Very fast, efficient printing; - Great quality of print; - Nice & modern design.
Summary: This HP inkjet printer is quite an engineering feat, foremost in the fact that it is not only one of the largest inkjet printers I have ever worked with but also because of the vast size of the consumables used. Not that either of these features is a bad thing.
