Summary: I rated the HP OfficeJet Pro X567dw with two stars, because I believe a $500 printer should last for more than a year. Just one month past the 1-year warranty period, the carriage for the ink cartridges began to make noise each time the printer initialized, often followed by an error code and an...

Summary: If you don't do pictures its great, has banding on pictures, this is my second printer, sent first one back and this one has more banding then the first one. If you don't print on glossy paper it is not bad and has great scan, copy and fax and is fast. Just wish it would do photos on glossy paper.
Summary: I have been very disappointed with this printer. The install went perfect and for about two weeks, no issues, but since then I continually get a spooler problem alert. I usually have to turn off the printer, and sometimes close my document and then try again to get it going.
Summary: We had to return this printer within three weeks because of a manufacturer defect. The printer won't print with a message of Paper Jam while there was no jammed paper found in the printer. Staples's technician could not fix the problem. So, the printer was returned.
Summary: So this is a decent machine by most standards. It prints clearly and pretty quickly. The feeder is a major failing as it regularly pulls the paper in at an angle due to one track pulling more effectively than the other, which essentially renders it useless for professional use.
Summary: I would give this 5 stars if it were not for these 3 things; 1 - I have spent over an hour on the phone with HP support to try and figure out why it will NOT scan at 1200x1200 res. Max is only 600x600 res 2 - Cannot output to a .tiff file 3 - Photo printing is less than average.
