Summary: Great idea but bad printer. Don't waste your time. To start with the ink is more expensive than the printer it self. Get ready to drop 450 for ink. I have had a problem with this thing since the day we bought it. I bought it when it first came out for 750. Huge mistake.
So close! but it's unfathomable what they left out.

Summary: Is it fast enough? Yes, absolutely. I love it. Is the per-sheet cost (ink) low enough? Yes absolutely. I love it. But [sigh] but but but... How can you market a printer without a Pause button? Is there really no good reason why a user might not want to interrupt printing for a moment?
Summary: So this is a decent machine by most standards. It prints clearly and pretty quickly. The feeder is a major failing as it regularly pulls the paper in at an angle due to one track pulling more effectively than the other, which essentially renders it useless for professional use.
Excerpt: We had to return this printer within three weeks because of a manufacturer defect. The printer won't print with a message of Paper Jam while there was no jammed paper found in the printer. Staples's technician could not fix the problem. So, the printer was returned.
Summary: I would give this 5 stars if it were not for these 3 things; 1 - I have spent over an hour on the phone with HP support to try and figure out why it will NOT scan at 1200x1200 res. Max is only 600x600 res 2 - Cannot output to a .tiff file 3 - Photo printing is less than average.
Summary: PROS: - Printing is crazy fast I don't think I've ever seen a color printer spit out pages this quickly. As with most printers, there is a slight delay processing the first copy of a print job - although even that seemed faster than average with this printer.
Summary: For regular printing on full size paper, I like this printer a lot. Unfortunately, I use the inkjet for printing envelopes as well, and this printer has some dramatic print quality flaws that show up only when it thinks it's printing envelopes.
It is probably much better than I think but I have been spending hours ...

Summary: It is probably much better than I think but I have been spending hours and hours trying to get it to stay connected to my computer. It seems to be at war with Microsoft products. I use Windows 8.1. I might not mind so much but I threw out my previous HP MFP as it did not work with 8.1.
