Summary: I bought this printer because of the good reviews. I had the printer 30 days and it will not feed from the tray anymore. It's useless and HP wants to send a refurb. after only printing 550 pages. This will be the last HP product I purchase.
Summary: I was not happy at all with this printer from the beginning. I was so disappointed in the print quality and I could not return it to where I bought it so it just sat in the corner. I got it out to use it on a project where I didn't care much about the print quality and the printer head screwed up. Now I can not use it and the started ink cartridges are still in it! Its out of warranty so I will make the trip to a recycling center.
Summary: This printer is a steaming POS. After only 300 pages of print, it now errors out when trying to print a job, all lights flash, and an error flashes by on a blue screen so quickly I can't catch it. The printer has to be restarted, only to fail again. I don't print that much, so now I'm past the date for which I can return this pile of junk and, if I was brave, try again.
If it doesn't work right out of the box, send it back

Summary: This is the second high speed printer I have ordered in the last 10 days. My limit is to spend no more than 1 1/2 hours on set up, and if it isn't running perfectly by then, I box it up and send it back. Already sent the first one back. I am boxing this one up and sending it back too. The printer hooked up wirelessly and said there was a problem.

Summary: Arrived defective. Spent a lot of time unpacking and setting up. It comes with a lot of tape on it, I mean a lot. When setting up I got a message that the Setup Print Cartridges could not be used. I called HP and they said that message means the unit is defective and to send it back. A lot of work and now it has to be returned, very dissapointed!
Summary: Just another piece of junk from HP. Stopped working all together after one year. I cant scan nor print. After FIVE HOURS trying to get this thing to work, I give up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. HP has a few links to customer support...they go to pages that do not exist. I'm guessing that most of these "AWESOME" ratings found are from paid marketing employees or algorithms (cheaper than paying customer service reps).
Excerpt: Worst Printer I have ever owned. Ink usage is good as is speed. However, color is inferior to laser. Always getting printbar jam or other negative notice. Also when doing a large job the printer grabs multiple pages at one time. I have to baby sit the printer while it is working otherwise I lose the whole job. I have an older HP Laser Jet printer that I still have to use for large jobs. If this was a low priced printer it would be annoying for the price, horrible.
Summary: Paid $800 for this printer, Had to call support about once a month to solve some issue it was having. After only 3 months they decided to send us a replacement. The replacement worked great...for a month, now here I am again on the phone with support trying to figure out what is wrong with it. Waste of time and money and we had decided to purchase this model after an older HP model started acting up. DO NOT buy this printer. Actually don't buy any HP printer.
