A good choice.

Summary: I shopped for a new printer for a couple of weeks before I purchased this one. Finally, I found this one with the features I wanted and decided to purchase it. I'm happy to say I did because other than it being a little slow printing. (I knew the speed before hand by reading the specs.) However, a little slower speed is not as important as all the other features.
Excerpt: This printer is great because it is truly an All-in-one printer. It has all the features you would need in an office or at home. It can print, scan, copy, and fax. The quality of print is decent. It could be better but photos turn out pretty well. It scans documents easily into the connected computer and copying is good. One issue with copying is sometimes it won't copy the last quarter inch of the right hand side of a document.
Excerpt: Well for our business we have always stuck with Hewlett Packard, when it comes to Reliable products and great customer service HP is number 1! So when it came to upgrading to a new All in One Printer we went to OfficeMax to scope out the new deals. We immediantly went to the HP's and saw the L7680 of course the salesman was pushing us more toward the Brother All in One we wanted to see their stats and see the printers preform.
Excerpt: We received the HP Officejet PRo L7680 All-in-One from a friend and I was somewhat skeptical about using it in our home. Partly because of it's size, and partly because it looked altogether too complicated. However, it has been a breeze to use and I love how it is able to do everything we need. It's easy to change out the ink catridges, and even quite simple to change the printhead when occasionally needed.
I could not live without my hp officejet all in one.

Excerpt: I could not live without my hp officejet all in one. I am a small, at home, business owner. I use it daily for printing, faxing and making copies. Copies come out looking like originals. Color copies for flyers and letterhead come out beautiful. I am still learning how to use photo options for my personal use. I haven't got it down yet. My age is the explanation for the glitches that I run into in that department.
Excerpt: I have two desktops and 4 laptops networked to my HP Officejet pro, and haven't had any problems with it. It works swiftly and quietly, and is able to do all that I demand of it. The quality of its print is excellent, I'm very impressed with the HP Officejet Pro! If you don't have it you should get it.
Excerpt: All-in-Ones are excellent choices if you have limited space as these types of machines do not clutter up the place with extra equipment and wiring. The HP L7680 offers efficiency, good value and quality without alot of fuss and can be defined as a network printer in your home office or just for personal use. The ink cartridges come in either regular or extra large capacity (also recyclable) and a 2-sided feeder tray is optionally available.
I still will stay with HP until I use another MFG thats gives me same

Summary: I work for a company where HP printer products are the standard product we package with the system. I personally like the fack that for most HP printers when you change the printer ink yoo're also changing the printhead at the same time; so you get a new one everytime. The cost may be somewhat higher but thats the trade off.
Cons: auto-feeder can be touchy (doesn't like crinkled papers); stupid scan-to-network limitation (can't send to a share on an AD domain controller, any other machine share OK); expensive ink; slow duplex
