Good printer, but don't buy Assurion warranties!
Summary: I bought 2 of these from SamsClub.com in 2012. The 1st one that I bought has worked awesomely since day one..maybe a few times had to reboot it due to loss of communication with my HP desktop PC, but other than that no problems.
Summary: Garbage. It says it is out of ink when it is not because HP's software/hardware makes the ink "expire". When it does, you cannot override it in any way, print in only black ink or use any of the units other functions (fax/scan).

Summary: For the first year, this was a great printer. Then I made the mistake of using non HP ink and it trashed the printhead. I am on my third printhead using HP ink only and it still isn't printing with the quality it had the first year. Save your money and go with an Epson or Brother.

Summary: I purchased this printer and for the first few months it was great, so I bought one for home as well.. When I went to put in new cartridges (HP's) I had to pay $112. I felt ripped off, but it worked and I had other things to do.
Summary: Have bought HP in the past with no problem. However, this printer, like the company, is horrible. Can't print without all cartridges filled, cannot print using only the black cartridges, "print only in grayscale" is grayed out so everything I print, even when I don't want color, prints in color.
Summary: Garbage. HP knows (well documented) these had an issue reading the print cartridge, the failure rate was extremely high. Even before the starter cartridge was empty the machine wouldn't recognize it OR the correct OEM HP replacement the machine and their website troubleshooting pages said to...
