Summary: This is the second Officejet Pro 8600 that I've bought. Why buy a second one when I only give it 3 stars? The first one was an acceptable printer and scanner. Print quality was good; photo quality (on photo paper) was fair.
Summary: I ordered two of these . One for my home and another for my office. Do not buy. I spend more time working on this thing, paper jam, ink not work and printer saying refill paper trays. One time out of 5 will work.

Summary: This printer has many features, but a lot of them didn't work very well for me. Or even more frustratingly they worked well for a while, then stopped, then started working again. Summary: Won't Print in BLACK When Any Color Cartridge Runs Out. While being sold as an economical alternative to a laser printer, this machine is a money-sucker. I have had it for maybe half a year and I already have to replace two color cartridges in order to be able to print, even in black.

and you don't have to replace the ink cartridges after printing 2 pages like some of the other HP printers or other printers ...

Summary: this prints fast, and you don't have to replace the ink cartridges after printing 2 pages like some of the other HP printers or other printers in general do. Even though it's a little pricey for a printer, I think in the long run, it's worth it.
