Summary: Update your software and drivers people.... this should be the first thing you do when you buy hardware! If you install it properly, it works beautifully.
Pros: Once set up, works flawlessly. Wireless has been rock solid. Wired works as well. Quick single-sided printing. Quality of printing is great. You can set up scan-to folders on a PC quickly and easily; links up with wireless security quickly and cleanly. Scanner works like a champ; touch-screen has...
Cons: You can not set up both a wired and wireless connection concurrently (tried to set up a fallback due to my own lack of comfort with wireless reliability). Two-sided printing is slow, as it makes sure the ink dries before pulling sheets back through for the back side printing.
Summary: We have this in a retail store and it has given us great printing/scanning/faxing for close to 2 years now. Solid as a rock and easy to set up. Just really, really happy. However it does have 2 drawbacks that can be overcome.
Excellent All-In-One Printer - and fast shipping, too.

Summary: I ordered this printer on Thursday afternoon, selected standard shipping, and it arrived in Atlanta on Saturday morning. Way to go, Amazon! I have a home office (I work remotely from my "real" office about 98% of the time), and I needed to replae an ancient color printer AND my scanner.
Summary: Time will tell to see how long HP supports the ePrint service. It'd be a shame to watch them drop it in a year or two.
Pros: The wireless networking on this unit is flawless. I owned a first generation HP wireless printer and the wireless on this is MUCH improved. Both the ePrint and AirPrint options work extremely well on the unit. Overall print quality is good for an inkjet. Good high use printer or office machine. N...
Cons: The awful setup process of 20 minutes for the printer to "initialize" seems unnecessary. The full support for Mac OS X Lion is lacking. No USB cable is included, but the technically advanced can still set it up without a problem.

Summary: I am very happy with the printer now that it's working. However, at first I put in the set-up CD and everything connected perfectly until I tried to print something. Nothing happened. My computer showed that the printer was connected and online but still nothing happened.
Summary: If anyone is having issues with this, I'd be glad to help out....
Pros: I've had this printer for around 2 months and it has worked flawlessly! I can scan documents wirelessly from my printer and be able to save them straight to my computer. Works fast and gets the job done.
Pros: Set up was a breeze and it looks sharp. I really have no complaint of the printer. It is doing exactly what I expected. At the price I feel I got a huge bargain on a new unit.
Cons: None yet, if I had to choose something it would be that I had to buy extra ink to make sure I do not get caught without a cartridge in the house. It apparently will stop working if only one of the carts is out.
Summary: Seriously, the wireless features of printers. If you have a router, and you have open LAN jacks available, USE THEM. Wireless is nice, but it is really only handy if you have to put the printer someplace where a cord won't be feasible.
Pros: Being a premium printer, comes with everything. 2 trays, duplex, even extra color cartridges. Also included were fancy papers, etc. Setup time was fairly standard, took a bit more as it has more to put together, but overall not bad. Make sure you remove all the packing stuff first. Works well on ...
Cons: Mine needed the firmware updated to make the menus and touch options all work properly, (options were missing) but it did that in like 2 minutes via my DSL internet and was done. No computer needed if you use this to do the firmware. Printer is huge, but I just had enough space, its sits in a cus...
Pros: This scanner is better than my 5990 that hp still sells and won't produce good software for. The scanner anticipates glass or feeder moves when you lift the lid. the software lets you feed scan large piles double sided and flatbed scan any pages into the same document delete and add pages. Unlike...
Cons: long startup time in morning make sure it is on before customers arrive and leave it on. or do as I do and never turn it off you never know when you want to eprint.
