Summary: I bought one of these in 2010. It failed within two months. They replaced it. I then bought the extended service plan with "next business day" exchange. A few months later, the replacement unit failed. It took two days to convince their support people that it was broken, and two more for the "next business day" replacement to arrive. Last weekend, that unit failed.
Summary: I had the worst experience with this printer. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty, but even then it was a nightmare. I bought this printer having looked at many other with the same features. I needed the multi-doc scanner up top for the type of business I do....it never worked. I exchanged it through the store that I bought if from and it worked until the back feeder broke. Returned it again.
Summary: Worked OK for about 9 months. Paper jams with no paper in the machine? Must be that new stealth paper. Web printing? Yea never got it to work. Had to reinstall the drivers almost weekly for some reason. When it worked it was fine. The HP bloatware on the CD is terrible. To open a photo takes a long time on a i5 with 4gb of ram. (uninstalled) Did not save my receipt so when I did a lookup on the website out of warrentee. OMG I am so fed up with HP.
Summary: This printer was bought for me as a Christmas gift, since I already had a printer that was working I did not try to set it up until this week. I did not think I would have any problems and would love this printer since I have installed two at work which work flawlessly. Needless to say this one after two days of trying has not printed a test page and keeps giving me an error message that the paper is jam when in actuality the paper is not even feeding.
Summary: What didn't I like after getting 3 of them, I still didn't get on that worked. Very upset as I have a small business and I depend on scanning, coping and emailing ... not one of these things worked. I will never buy from a source that is not local it took over 2 months to get an other printer which is okay, it does the job but it is not what I wanted. I settled for this just to get a printer that would work.
Summary: Comments about HP CB025A#B1H: Absolutely awful machine. First new machine did not work; replacement "refurbished" machine did not work; second "refurbished" machine works only on rare occasions. I have owned several HP printers in the past. NEVER again! HP support non-existent. I am pretty easy going, but this is ridiculous. On the rare occasions when it actually will print, the copies are usually decent, if you have the patience to wait for the right day.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, HP support awful, Jams Easily, Noisy, Slow Operation, Totally unreliable, Unreliable, Uses color ink all t time, Worst printer I have owne
Summary: Comments about HP CB023A#B1H: well I received this printer at 7:50 p.m. I set it up, it printed 5 pages and quit. After an hour on the phone with hp they tell me that the ink that came with it was just for set up!!!!! So the next day I purchased ink over $100.!!!!! It printed for about a week then ink started leaking on to paper. After another hour with hp they sent me a new print head. After receiving it after about 100 pages the print head went out again.
Summary: Comments about HP CB023A#B1H: Ordered the product and it came when expected but it was broken and made a loud clacking noise as if gears were slipping. Called HP and they replaced it but the entire process took 2 weeks before I had a printer to use. The replacement works fine and does what it is advertised to do.
