Summary: I've had this same copier for 8+ years & just basically wore it out. I bought another even though I could have gotten a new more technically advanced model b/c I know how to use all the features on this one Arrived safely & in a timely manner.
Summary: So far, in nearly three years it's been a great printer for us. We haven't had a single problem with it (knocking on wood) and like it a lot. We do a fair amount of printing and copying and it works great. the print quality for both pure black and color prints is very good.
Summary: This printer/scanner/copier/fax is great. It is the 2nd one we purchased for a small office. Only problem...our office was hit by lightning a week after the purchase. It fried the power adapter cord so I spent about a week trying to find a new cord.
Summary: I love the ability to print documents 2 per page, and duplex so that four pages fit on a single sheet of paper. Lightens my briefcase. Ink is not cheap and our experience with OffixMax brand ink has been very bad, clogs the heads.
Summary: I was a bonafide HP-a-phobe before this printer. The bad service and buggy software almost made me buy an Epson. However, I couldn't find anything like this with any other maker. It prints fast on both sides, sends faxes, copies, and scans, easily. No error messages, no B.S.
Great Multifunction Printer with Grossly Overpriced Ink
P. Scott Pope "Scott Pope", Amazon

Summary: As a repeat HP customer, I have been very satisfied with their products. Prior to purchasing a 7310, I owned a previous generation multifunction, the HP 155xi. Very similar to the 7410 (with two paper trays), it worked flawlessly for two years before I decided to sell it during a cross-country move.
Summary: An all in one printer tries to be something to everyone. This one does have a wealth of features which in a home environment are quite a bit beyond what one would have got a few years ago. And when attached via the USB using the latest software, I have found them all to work.
