Summary: HP Claims there are drivers built into mavericks, but OSX tells me they are not available and uses the generic PCL driver which has no color, but does support duplex. I discovered that if you add it manually with the Deskjet driver, you can get color, but no duplex. No other features are available.
Summary: I've used HP printers my entire life. My default choice has always been HP. The issue with HP is their software (outside of excellent drivers) is a cobbled together afterthought that poses as providing great functionallity but ultimately fails.
Summary: This machine has NEVER worked correctly -- the software doesn't work, and when I called HP they sent me a "revised software package" which ALMOST fixed the problems. It seemed to me that they just gave up on getting this machine to work properly.
Don't buy this printer if you want to maintain your sanity

Summary: The machine prints ok when it works properly, but it has multiple recurring problems. When the paper gets low (fewer than about 20 pieces left in the tray) it always jams. Always. Often it pulls more than one piece of paper at a time, no matter what kind of paper I try to use.
Summary: I bought this printer about a year ago - thankfully with an extended warranty which I bought directly from HP. I am now being sent my 5th replacement. I have never had any machine give me so many problems.
Summary: I have owned the printer for one year. The only reason I gave the printer two stars was because when it prints (only reliably printing via USB) the pictures are beautiful. The copy, scan, and fax features work. I have not used the duplex.
Summary: When I recieved the 7310 it would not work and I quickly came to the conclusion that the ethernet connection was bad. I spent a considerable amount of time on a chat session with an HP rep and got nowhere. I emailed support the next day and never got a reply to the email.
Summary: During the last two years, I have ordered four all in one printers, three had serious software problems shortly after arrival and had to be replaced. Clearly, HP is having serious problems with all in one printers, and subtle changes in their customer service approach to these difficient machines...
Summary: I bought this device mostly to use as a fax machine, but also to use as a back-up copier for my home office. The fax works quite well & I like it's redial features. As a copier, it's much worse than the dedicated Canon copier I have. It prints much slower & the quality of output is much worse.
Summary: I had originally bought this to replace my d135 that died. I read all the reviews 1st as always. I followed the advice of C.Moore's review about going to the hp site and downloading the updates and following the instructions.
