Summary: I was a loyal HP consumer for decades. I have (now had) an OfficeJet 7210. I tried to have a color cartridge replaced within the warranty time printed on the back of the cartridge. The first customer service rep said he'd e-mail me info and did not.
Summary: Pros: A multi function printer Cons: Does everything, but evrything badly! Hard to operate Expensive Loud noise when operate Print quality is the worst I've ever seen, and the speed is even worse. You have been warned, don't buy this product!
Well, it still works as a printer -- but nothing else

Summary: I got this machine as a hand-me-down a few years ago, so I can't complain too hard that it seems to be wearing out. That said, the document feeder NEVER worked well. When I had to fax something with more than one page, I had to stand there and feed each page in at just the right time, when it was...
Summary: Do not buy this printer unless you want to spend every free moment of your life trying to work through all of this printer's bugs. Bought this printer, connected it locally to my machine and it worked fine for 2 weeks. Then the printer wouldn't print. No indication, no warning. Just stopped working.
Summary: I bought this printer for my wife to use in her business a couple of years ago. Since then, it has been an endless source of frustration. Now, despite replacing cartridges, it refuses to print, and only gives an error message saying that "print alignment failed".
Summary: Officejet 7310 All-in-One is NOT compatible with every Vista software type or every Dell computer. It seems to work fine on computers running XP or on the Sony laptop running Vista Ultimate. It does not work with the new Dell Studio 15 laptop running basic Vista.
Summary: This printer was a terrible pain to install the first time around but only after tens of hours with HP's "support". About 1 year ago the printer's document feeder was scanning with multicolored stripes. The printer was under warranty so had it repaired.
Summary: The HP OfficeJet7310 is my 3rd attempt at an HP fax/printer/scanner combo....never again. The sheet feeder is incapable of handling more than 2 sheets of paper and constantly jams when sending a fax or scanning. I do not recommend their products.
