Summary: I have owned this printer/scanner for more than a year. During that time, it was the source of endless frustration. First, the sparse positive is that it does as it advertises: It scans. It prints. It faxes. It makes copies.
Summary: If you have a two-line phone system and a two-line answering machine, then this printer is not going to work for you if you need the fax feature. You don't learn this until you start to have problems.
Summary: The sheet feeder on my machine was bad. HP explained that the feeder (identified by its serial number) was from a bad lot. They sent a replacement machine. The sheet feeder failed on this one also. HP explained that the feeder (identified by its serial number) was from the same bad lot.
Summary: The HP OfficeJet7310 is my 3rd attempt at an HP fax/printer/scanner combo....never again. The sheet feeder is incapable of handling more than 2 sheets of paper and constantly jams when sending a fax or scanning. I do not recommend their products.
Summary: I want to express my frustration with the HP OfficeJet people. You sould all be fired. I had your office jet 7110, which broke, but was easy to scan and edit and print photos. My 7310 does not scan, edit, rotate or print, or even center the photo.
Summary: Pros: A multi function printer Cons: Does everything, but evrything badly! Hard to operate Expensive Loud noise when operate Print quality is the worst I've ever seen, and the speed is even worse. You have been warned, don't buy this product!
Summary: I got this printer from our corporate office a month ago. Initially when I got it, I installed everything and it is working properly for about three weeks, and then a week ago it stopped working and I got the 'Orange exclamation point. Error. Remove and check cartridge on right.'.
