say no to this one

Barbara, Amazon
3 June 2015
  • Summary: Believe the carriage/ ink loading system is a flawed design. Large springs keep popping the ink cartridges out, and/or permanetly get stuck. Buy the extended warranty- am on third replacement product since early May.

Not worth it bulky and makes too much noise

Jose H Ayala Jr, Amazon
26 May 2015
  • Summary: I was expecting something faster and less noisy but I got the opposite. Only reason I'm keeping it is because it prints 11x17 paper and I don't use it enough for the noise to drive me nuts.

lisa, Amazon
13 May 2015
  • Summary: Horrible printer! I have never had so much trouble with any printer! It appears to work only when it wants to!!! And good luck on getting it to print the way you actually want it to. I've already had it replaced once. Very unhappy.

23 March 2015
  • Summary: I will never buy another HP product, EVER!
  • Pros: none that I can find
  • Cons: comes with out of date software, updates and initialization go on endlessly, I only want to print with black, will not print if any color cartridge is empty, brand new color cartridges show one is "empty", So I go out and buy new ones, after endless initialization the new ones are empty too. This...
