Excerpt: All HP inkjet printers seem to be built to be replaced after a couple of years use - I think they call it planned obsoletion which requires the constant replacement of them. Parts are not available to vendors who can fix them so you have to buy another one. This is a nice all-in-one unit, but now the sheet feeder doesn't work so it has to be replaced after 2 years. I may try another manufacturer for its replacement.
Excerpt: This looks to be a good printer. The scans and copies look just like the originals. The installation instructions however need help due to missing steps. When you install the printer, the only way I could get my computer to find it was to connect with a usb cable. Once it had found the printer the installation finished and I unhooked the usb cable and installed the wireless print. I spent two hours trying to install the wireless before that.
Excerpt: I had to recycle my HP 5510 model from several years back. The technician and I decided this 6600 would meet my needs. Excerpt: The HP6600 was easy to set up. I was able to get it to connect to my ipad and smart phone and print from them. I researched several printers before deciding on this one. So far have been very satisfied.
Excerpt: the HP 6600 is easy to use and easy to set up. The whole family is hooked up to the printer using smart phones, computers and tablets. The print speed is good although the machine can be a little loud when it prints. The scan feature is pretty easy as well. The photo quality is good but the process is slow on the first print but seems to go faster on the next photos.
Excerpt: I love this printer. It is fast and the quality of the prints is quite good. I am an interior designer and print many images I've been happy with the quality overall and feel confident showing images to clients. Only issue has been maintaining the wireless connection / recognition of our computers. I have had to turn on and off the printer to get it to recognize my computer (even when plugged in via the USB).
