Summary: This is my 3rd 6000 series HP. I like it in general, but I expect in a move to save money, they have a touch screen to everything. What I don't like is that to make a simple copy, I need a magnifying glass to do a 3 step process which previously only took pushing one button. Maybe this is the future for everything, but it certainly wasn't done with the user in mind. The jury is still out on the 4 cartridges vs. 2.
Summary: I'm a huge fan of HP products and found this all in one through consumer reports... It states that it's wireless, but what they fail to tell you is that you need the ethernet connection between the printer and your home network!! That info is buried and not mentioned in a clear manner. I went in thinking my network would be completely wireless. When it reads wireless, it should be COMPLETELY wireless.
Summary: Why do all printers have to be photo-oriented anymore? This all-in-one is okay, but it's not at all as user-friendly as others I've had. I just want a really good, fast printer, not a wireless fax, photo hub, blah, blah, blah. Ease of use has been sacrificed for seldom-used gadgetry. I always have just bought HP printers, but I'll look around more next time.
Summary: This is my second HP all-in one printer. I used a Kodak printer in between this and my previous HP. This printer gives what I consider to be very good print quality for text but it seriously lacks the quality I found in my other HP when printing photographs. If that's what you primarily hope to do, or even if you plan on doing lots of photos and printing, look for some other HP product or even another brand. This one just doesn't have what it takes.
Summary: trying to resolve problems with paper pick up. other wise no problems If not able to resolve paper pick up, it has to go. then no good. Does not do it all the time. Not cost effective to send it back. one of the drawbacks on mail order.
Summary: For the "air print" feature, the printer is supposed to print documents you send to an HP e-mail address. However, the HP system is constantly down and the printing does not work. If you are on the same network it works fine, but if you leave the office or the wi-fi connection where the printer is set up, it does not work as it should. Other than that, it scans and copies fine. I would not recommend this printer if you are getting it only for the air print feature.
Good printer but with a Microsoft bias when scanning

Summary: I have just set this printer up so I may send an addition to this review but I think that it is important for people to know that if you have a MAC with OS 10.6 scanning is limited. "While HP continues to support HP Director on products used with all Macintosh OS X operating system versions up to 10.5, HP Director is not compatible with Macintosh OS X 10.6." The quote is from their web site.
