Summary: I bought this printer in 2011, it was used very infrequently and worked fine until it stopped working in just 4 years. I was printing a document, and forgot about it. The next day, I went into my office to find nothing had printed.
Summary: Loved this printer for six months. Beautiful output, fast printing. Cartridges are expensive, not long lasting at all. Page count now is 2977. The print head has now been replaced twice. At $80 a pop, this is not economical. This one is headed to the recycler. Not worthy of the old HP quality image.
Summary: When it works, it's great... that's about 20% of the time, the equivalent to one out of five stars. Examples of issues... 1. WIRELESS - Doesn't want to connect, even if in close proximity. 2. FAILED PRINTS - Just won't print. 3.
Summary: I've had Epson, Canon and HP printers. This is by far the most unreliable printer ever and I paid $200 for it in 2013. I could go into all the issues I've had but my most recent is unexplainable printer jam and then printhead jam.
Summary: Many problems. Let it sit too long while on it freezes up and you have to unplg it and turn it back on. Now after 6 months it will no longer feed paper anymore. I took it apart to clean it. Still paper will not feed. Do not buy this printer.
Don't buy doesnt last. Peoples positive reviews are right after they purchased the item.

Summary: Don't but this POS. Worst printer ever the feed motor gear broke loose and does not feed paper. Also had problems with sending emails to printers email and it would always be offline. It will work just until you are out of warranty. POS
Summary: Bad Printing. I try to print anything on color and it fails to do so. Red turns into yellow and the printer does not print correctly on Glossy paper. I know people who own printer by cannon and have had them for years and they did not cause problems. HP printer go bad after 1 year goes by,
