Summary: First, it have served us for a few years now, so maybe it's not that bad after all, but still can't give it more than 3 stars. THE problem was the touch screen. It looked like as a nice idea but then stopped working.

Summary: I bought this printer in 2011, it was used very infrequently and worked fine until it stopped working in just 4 years. I was printing a document, and forgot about it. The next day, I went into my office to find nothing had printed.
Summary: Loved this printer for six months. Beautiful output, fast printing. Cartridges are expensive, not long lasting at all. Page count now is 2977. The print head has now been replaced twice. At $80 a pop, this is not economical. This one is headed to the recycler. Not worthy of the old HP quality image.
Summary: When it works, it's great... that's about 20% of the time, the equivalent to one out of five stars. Examples of issues... 1. WIRELESS - Doesn't want to connect, even if in close proximity. 2. FAILED PRINTS - Just won't print. 3.
Summary: I've had Epson, Canon and HP printers. This is by far the most unreliable printer ever and I paid $200 for it in 2013. I could go into all the issues I've had but my most recent is unexplainable printer jam and then printhead jam.
