Summary: We are on our 2nd 5610 printer. The first one lasted for 3+ years and printed almost 40,000 pages. We bought a 2nd one locally for 25 bucks with less than 4000 pages printed. We have used it for almost 1.5 years and printed an additional 4000 pages. We run two business and the printer is the best we have every used. So far no issues with this one. The last one had problems with the cartridge jamming up as it moved tried to back and forth.
Summary: It was poorly packaged (bought used from a private party through Amazon), but this tough, durable printer worked perfectly. I was even able to refill and use the loose cartridges. We own three 5610s now, the older two having passed many cases of plain and mostly good inkjet paper. The beauty of this printer is not only in the quality of its text and graphics/photos (on gloss, mat, Tpy film, whatever), but that it gives a minimum of backtalk when you refill the cartridges...

Summary: I used this printer for documents, photos, scanning, and even a fax or two. However, I switched to a wireless HP printer and donated this printer to a local thrift shop which aids battered women and children--so it is still serving a useful purpose.
Excerpt: I bought my HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One printer, fax, scanner, and copier about a year ago. Before buying this I’ve never had a printer so I decided to buy HP because I know that every product from them is value for your money. And I was right.
