Cons: Jams constantly. Also ink runs out quickly. Just after warranty expired stopped printing black ink. Replacing cartridges only cost me more money, didn't fix the issue. HP Support not helpful and this seems to be a really common problem.
Cons: 2 days before my warranty expired, black ink stopped printing. Went out and bought new cartridge, didn't help (nor did cleaning printer head). Called HP 3 days after warranty expiration-- they wouldn't budge on replacement.
Summary: 1/15/2014 Hello, I WON'T RECOMMEND IT. DO NOT BUY IT. I AM ON THE THIRD ONE AND IT IS NOT WORKING. AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK I HAVE TO CALL HP TO SOLVE PRINTING PROBLEMS. EVERY CALL TAKES AT LEAST ONE HOUR IF HP DOES NOT MONOTOR THE PRINTER FROM THEIR END. IF YES THEY MONITOR THE APPLIANCE FROM THEIR END, IT CAN GO FOR 3 HOURS. I WOULD CONSIDER BUYING ANOTHER BRAND.

Pros: In retrospect, none. Use to tolerate the high hardware and cartridge prices because products were of good quality. But no longer true!
