Summary: I bought this as a replacement for the same model which I had. The first one lasted under a year the refused to pick up paper. I had just bought a new supply of ink so wanted another printer that used the same ink. The second unit seems to work OK but was difficult to make it recognize my Wi Fi network. have to redesign ate the default printer each time I try to print from the web.
Summary: I love this printer, but they seem to have mfg defects so this is my 6th one in 5 years. First three the scanner light died within the first 6-9 months. Next two have ink problems where color ink would not work with new cartridge. Repairmen told me that this is common with this HP and you have to physically go over to the printer and hit menu to print in color, which can be a pain. But I do like the ease of using it, so will keep replacing until there are no more to buy.
Summary: I bought this when moving to a new house and needing one hidden from view wireless printer for multiple computers. It was the cheapest all in one wireless at Best Buy. I guess you get what you pay for. It's a wonder my kids will even touch the computer as it's a constant battle for 2.5 yrs of reboot the computer/restart the printer/clear the print queue to see why the dang thing won't print.
Summary: For the most part, I like this printer, it gives very clean, crisp copies. On the down side it is a little slow and the ink cartridges are small so they don,t last very long. For the price, it,s a nice little printer/ copier/ fax.
