Summary: I've had my OJ4500 for 6 months, Thought I purchased a good Printer. That is until I upgraded to Internet Explore 9. This printer IS NOT compatible with IE9. I had to switch back to IE8 for my printer to work in all functions, Now it is a grest printer again..

Summary: This came free with a laptop that I bought 3 years ago. Ran into constant issues with this printer: paper jams, wireless connectivity not working, and the scanner not working. Sometimes I can resolve the issues after 30 minutes of troubleshooting and successfully print, but then the issues come up again. The CD comes with a lot of bloatware applications that run in the background but aren't needed for the core printer functionality.
Summary: I've been using HP for years and was very happy... laser printers, inkjet, etc. But after this experience I'll never buy HP again without intense internet scrutiny beforehand. I'm obviously not the first to observe that HP really dropped the ball on this product. Just trying to get the software to install (on 3 different computers, both Mac and PC) was a nightmare. Never mind the poor performance issues beyond installation. I don't have the time to go into it in detail.
Summary: I have had this printer for two years and often wish it would breaks completely so I can justify getting a new. 1. the fax has never worked since the day I got it and that was why I spent a little extra 2. seems any time I am printing from comp. and it is more than a couple pages long I get a paper jam. 3.
Summary: Had this been 10 years ago, this would have been a great printer. But it's not 2013 and this printer is horribly slow, has multiple bugs that were never corrected and is a cheap piece of machinery. You can do much, MUCH better than this.
Summary: This was not the wireless model. There are two HP 4500 All In One printers. One is Ethernet or USB connect and the other is wireless. eBay needs to put both spec up for sellers to choose from. This is misleading.
Summary: Do you enjoy tearing your own fingernails off? How about staring into the sun for hours on end, or lighting your hair on fire? Then this is the printer for you! Prepare yourself for an endless stream of paper jams, ignored print jobs, and random lock-ups! Not only is the wireless printing feature unreliable, but even printing from a USB connection is spotty at best! Wow!
Summary: Even putting in the ink cartridges wasn't straightforward. The fax portion was impossible to configure. Needed to go buy additional cord. Was online for a couple hours. I thought it was wireless - that was my error.
Summary: Purchased in mid-December because my HP Deskjet bought in 2006 died. Have called HP Tech folks twice and finally returned to Walmart for refund before the 90 days ran out. People in Electronics at Walmart said they never heard of that problem either. Date and Time would not say set - defaults back to JAN000000 every couple of days. HP Tech had me try several things, including resetting printer, and claimed they had never heard of this before.
