Summary: Printer looked good but after hooking it up it went into Carriage Jam and no matter what I did it wouldn't come out of the fault. I e-mailed the seller no response yet. I am having this problem on a Friday so I don't expect help until next week This is is a used printer but I expected it to work.
Summary: I've owned one of these for almost 3 years and it's easily the worst printer I've ever had. When printing almost anything, after every 3-4 print jobs it insists the paper tray is empty no matter how much paper is actually in the tray.
Summary: By now this printer is out of date/warrantee. however, I see online there are several for sale. PLEASE ....DO NOT....BUY THIS PRINTER! Save yourself a lot of downtime and headache. Buy something different.
Summary: This machine would not work. Peroid. After 48 continuous hours of online tech support from my private group of techno's, and numerous ignored emails to HP tech support, I returned this piece of junk to the store and exchanged it for a Brother MFC-J475DW printer which was programmed out of the box in...
Summary: Horrible printer. I paid $100 for this printer couple years ago. The reason I got it was because of college. I won't print more than 5 pages at a time or it would jam. I have to align it every time I use it. The printer just sucks, so stay away.
Summary: I thought it was me with the problem but it is actually the printer. I should have read the reviews before buying elsewhere for a cheaper price online. This has been the most problems I have had with an HP printer. All of my prior HP printer purchases were awesome performers.
Summary: I used the fax function once or twice, and now the fax, copier, and scanner are all non-functional. I bought this machine from an office supply store. I expect to never buy an HP product again and am now on Amazon to replace it.
