Summary: The printer does not work consistently. It frequently disconnects itself from the computer during a print job. Sometimes it works perfectly, other times not so much. When it does work, the print quality is excellent. The other functions seem to work OK.
Summary: Biggest hunk of cr@p I've ever purchased. So disappointing. All it ever does is give me error messages about the ink levels, so I replace the ink and it will print a thing or two for me and then I will start getting the error messages all over again.

Summary: This thing is a piece of junk! I bought it to replace the HP Officejet 4500 All-in-one that had broken after a year and a half. It started making a weird grinding noise and quit printing. Summary: This printer was purchased as a reconditioned printer, however it arrived in the original carton and works wonderful. I did not want a wireless printer for fear of problems, and the description of this printer did not state that it was wireless, so I made the purchase.
Summary: I like it a lot, with some serious reservations. The pros: - Easy to work. - HP scanning works really well, offers a lot of built in options. - Nice to be able to fax and scan and copy in color. - Easier to clear a paper jam than their old models. - Easy to load cartridges.
