Summary: locked up on 3rd step of the setup process. could not resolve through trouble shooting through manual since manual did not address the problem in trouble shooting section. called hp & they wanted $99.00 to clear viruses but not guaranteeing that it would fix my problem. of course it would not. sent back for refund. refund successful.
