Summary: I bought this product around April of 2004 which replaced my old Xerox all-in -one. Overall I have been satisfied. The 4110 has certainly lasted longer than the average unit of this price. The print quality is good, but not stellar by 2007's standards.
Summary: This is by the worst HP product I've ever owned. I can wait until the cartidge run dry and I can scrap it. Noisy, slow, constantly jams. The process to replace ink has to be done all the time and involves a lot of hassle - alignment and scanning and so on. I've had it work right. Run from this one.
Summary: I bought this all-in-one b/c it was inexpensive. I really just wanted something for occasional faxing and printing. And for this purpose, this machine works fine. I don't have any complaints. However, when i had my phone plugged into the machine, i could hear the radio on all the phones in my house.
Summary: Great because it prints in b/w or color. And has all extra features of copying faxing, reducing copies, etc. and is super quiet. The only one on the market that is quiet which is good for a home or office environment.
Summary: We've had this multifunction fax in our office for about 6 months now, and I consider it a huge disappointment. At even the most basic level, it just doesn't do the job. Although it claims to handle 20 pages, it can't feed more than about 10 sheets without jamming.
Summary: At first I bought a big expensive HP machine up around $300. I had it only about 3 days and was very dissatisfied and took it back to the store. It was too big with too many functions and seemed quite akward to use.
Summary: The HP 4110 is an ok for small jobs. If you will use the device on a daily basis I would certainly not suggest this unit. The paper feeder seems to jam often. After looking at the feeder device, which is only on one side, you can understand why there is a paper jam problem.
Summary: I bought this on sale at Staples for $99. It was a disaster. I have always bought HP printers because they have been so reliable and well designed. This unit seems to be the exception. It smears ink all over the page on printouts, even after multiple cleanings.
Adequate if you only have small print/scan/copy job to do

Summary: We bought the printer today, and the setup was very easy, except that we had a problem with the catridge alignment page test. We called the HP customer service. It seemed that the alignment was fine but the machine just couldn't detect the page - don't know what the story was, but the rep evidently...
