Much better products out in the market

examashopper, Amazon
18 September 2014
  • Summary: The scanner is very slow - (a lot slower than portable scanners from 15 years ago) and the PC software does not always finds it. Scans are not very clear - in fact, I wouldn't recommend it for high-quality or photographic scanning. Printing quality is substandard. If you can spare almost 10 minutes to scan a single page (you can only scan one page at a time) this is your device.

Terrible, no good to me

FERNANDO CHACON, Amazon
16 September 2014
  • Summary: Terrible, no good to me, I bought it because I wanted to print from my mobile devices and I can not because the bluetooth is not compatible with my Iphone or my Ipad. It is only compatible with Windows Mobile, BlackBerry and Nokia Symbian. But they do not tell you that until after you buy it. Now I have to get rid of this printer.

Worst Amazon purchase ever

Jerry S. HInes, Amazon
26 August 2014
  • Summary: Worst Amazon purchase ever!!!! How do you order a mobile printer to prep for a travel and have it delivered overnight only to find out that when you set it up it does not have the required printer cable nor the requested USB to USB cable. Once I spent a day on vacation tracking down cables for the printer from a local Radio Shack I then find out it has problems with the black printer cartridge that came with the system.

Disappointing.

TexasLady, Amazon

  • Summary: The paper feed is very finicky. The quality of printing is noticeably poorer than much cheaper printers. It does not support wifi. So it's like owning a unit that was designed 10 years ago.

Needs the wireless AirPrin/HPairprint for my iPad

AleeO, Hewlett-Packard
21 July 2014
  • Summary: I've had a HP100 and like the added features of the HP150. I still need a totally mobile/battery printer that connects with my iPad. I am glad of the HP1200w print accessory, but it will be a lot less hassle just to have a mobile battery operated printer with the iPad print feature integrated into it.

Would return if I had the time

Lauren, Office Depot
18 June 2014
  • Excerpt: I purchased this just prior to traveling, and am stuck with it now I guess. But when this trip ends and I get on the plane, I think this printer will end up in the trash. Its not worth mailing or carrying in my luggage to destination. Had to call tech support to even get it installed (on USB not wireless)!!! To use it, be prepared to unplug it just about every time you use it. It will not wake up after going to sleep.
  • Cons: Expensive, only good for occasional use, c quality output

Nice try...

Mark6, Hewlett-Packard
31 May 2014
  • Summary: This printer has all the features I need. -Or so it appears. Using a Mac, I never have been able to get it to scan properly when connected with USB. Wireless printing works ok, unless it does not. It is constantly stopping to reset itself, but then often crashes and requires a cold reboot, removing the battery as well. Then when I restart it, it scolds me for improperly shutting it down.

Not good value for money - it's mobile but not much else

Lisa Vehrenkamp, Amazon
8 May 2014
  • Summary: I bought this printer for it's portability and mobile capabilities. Generally it is functioning ok, but a few things you should know before you buy this printer: 1) the blue tooth is not easy to setup. I tried a number of times and then had a techie friend come over. He had to go to HP's site to find out that the printer has to be installed twice to actually get the bluetooth to work. It wasn't in any of the documentation. 2) the printer is heavy for a mobile printer.
