I wanted to like this printer, but....

Summary: While the HP has a lot to recommend it as a printer, there are a few features that are absolutely annoying and slow down production. First, I bought this printer because HP has better software than Brother, although overall the Brother worked more efficiently.
Summary: As a copier and printer it works just fine, but I brought it specifically to print from my iPad and iPhone and three weeks later........Nothing doing! Will absolutely not work. EPrint is DOA. Seriously disappointed.
Summary: The ink toner cartridge did not fit properly and prevented papers to be fed for printing. Purchased a compatible cartridge that fit properly into the printer then got it to print. We are currently trying to get the fax function working properly, it can send but not receive, or receive but not send.
Excerpt: Purchased new in 2011 and just over a year later nothing would print. Kept saying a jam but nothing in it so since I bought the extended warranty they sent me a new (refurbished) unit. Had a few issues early on it but resolved them.
Pros: Doesn't Jam, Easy to Use, Fast, Easy to Set Up
Excerpt: We bought this printer for our office. we just needed it for printing scanning and the occasional fax. The first one stopped working within 3 months. the 2nd within a single month. Now were on our third and I don't expect it to last a few weeks at the rate they've been malfunctioning.
Excerpt: As a CPA I prepare and print loads of returns. My printer died 3/27 so I had to rush out and buy a printer. This printer prints well but I only got 1560 pages out of each cartridge. @ $61/each that's way too much $ for me. Also I print my own fee return and estimate envelopes.
Excerpt: Have had this all in one for a few months now. Recently we have had problems with the document feeding. Cleaned the rollers, reset the printer back to factory and it still won't feed. When you have to fax, you need to make several calls if more than one paper is going to be faxed.
Summary: This is the best printer I have ever owned. But, it's the only Hp printer that has broken on me. After 2 years of owning it, I have vertical lines throughout the feeder only. If I am printing or making a copy from the glass I don't have that problem. It is something that can't be fixed.
Excerpt: I wanted this printer for my network and 75% of the applications DO NOT PRINT WIRELESSLY and I cannot get the HP APP to work and for the printer to be seen on the network. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I was going to get a Brother until the Staples REP said this was better. Not from what I have seen so FAR!
