Nice functions but doesn't last

Excerpt: Purchased new in 2011 and just over a year later nothing would print. Kept saying a jam but nothing in it so since I bought the extended warranty they sent me a new (refurbished) unit. Had a few issues early on it but resolved them. But a week ago it just stopped and gave some error 49 which no one seems to know how to fix so just going to buy another (not the same one again) printer.
Pros: Doesn't Jam, Easy to Use, Fast, Easy to Set Up
Summary: I sorted printers on the Apple website to find a printer that would wirelessly print with my mac. I was shocked to find out after unpacking the printer that this product has no wireless capabilities and requires an additional investment to use the AirPrint function. Horrible marketing and shame on Apple for adding it to the filter results.
Excerpt: We bought this printer for our office. we just needed it for printing scanning and the occasional fax. The first one stopped working within 3 months. the 2nd within a single month. Now were on our third and I don't expect it to last a few weeks at the rate they've been malfunctioning. not only that, but the fax always gets caught up and we always have to restart the whole thing which takes forever.
Excerpt: As a CPA I prepare and print loads of returns. My printer died 3/27 so I had to rush out and buy a printer. This printer prints well but I only got 1560 pages out of each cartridge. @ $61/each that's way too much $ for me. Also I print my own fee return and estimate envelopes. The printing was crooked on each envelope, I hate crooked. And the 2 sided was just 1 side to 2 sides. I need 2 to 2. I'll be buying a different printer now that I have time to do some research.
Excerpt: Have had this all in one for a few months now. Recently we have had problems with the document feeding. Cleaned the rollers, reset the printer back to factory and it still won't feed. When you have to fax, you need to make several calls if more than one paper is going to be faxed. I had tech support troubleshoot it for me, they suggested to upgrade firmware, which we did. Still the rollers wont drop down to feed the paper in.
Summary: This is the best printer I have ever owned. But, it's the only Hp printer that has broken on me. After 2 years of owning it, I have vertical lines throughout the feeder only. If I am printing or making a copy from the glass I don't have that problem. It is something that can't be fixed. Unfortunately I have to buy a new printer, but I will buy the same one. That's how much I like it. If there was a better faster non color hp printer I would upgrade.
Excerpt: I wanted this printer for my network and 75% of the applications DO NOT PRINT WIRELESSLY and I cannot get the HP APP to work and for the printer to be seen on the network. CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was going to get a Brother until the Staples REP said this was better. Not from what I have seen so FAR!
Excerpt: We have purchased two of these in the last two and a half years. The top feeder has gone out on both of them. The first lasted a mere 9 months. HP did honor their warranty on the original but now the the second is past its manufacturer's warranty. The cost to fix the problem is more than replacing the unit all together. Disappointing! I very much doubt we will be purchasing an HP All-In-One again.
Excerpt: We have had multifunction printers from HP for years. This is the first one (and last one we'll buy) that has used so much toner!!! We could've replaced this thing many times over with the amount spent on toner! We have to replace the toner about every month and there are only 3 who use this printer and there are 3 other printers in our office to choose from so it doesn't get as much usage as it could.
Cons: Noisy, Uses Too Much Ink, Uses Way Too Much Toner
