Summary: This is an older model without all the latest features, but it is a workhorse. I bought this one as a backup for one I have been using in my business for three years. Toner capacity is a bit small, but you can offset the cost by buying the cheap toner from China. They work fine for only $10-$15ea.
Summary: Occasionaly, receive error code 79 when trying to print wirelessly. The only work around is to clear print queue on computer you are using to print wirelessly. I am not happy about this and would expect better from an HP product.

Excerpt: Purchased new in 2011 and just over a year later nothing would print. Kept saying a jam but nothing in it so since I bought the extended warranty they sent me a new (refurbished) unit. Had a few issues early on it but resolved them. But a week ago it just stopped and gave some error 49 which no one seems to know how to fix so just going to buy another (not the same one again) printer.
Pros: Doesn't Jam, Easy to Use, Fast, Easy to Set Up
Excerpt: Perfect for our small office space, with all the multi-function options. We use enlarge and reduce on a regular basis and find this machine to be great. It's easy to use and makes wonderful copies. The scanning capability allows us to save images to our digital drive and not have to hang on to paper. Highly recommend.
