Summary: Terribly disappointed. This printer cost over $500. Bought it for light office use. After the warranty expires (1 year) the printer starts malfunctioning terribly. Basically after every three pages, it'll give a "Misprint" error.
Summary: Terrible product. I didn't buy one from amazon but i own one. Always crashing and freezing. Getting device busy errors all the time making me have to power rest it by unplugging it. paper jams a lot sometimes.
Summary: Staple told me that this was the best printer on the market but I had it 13 month and it DOSE NOT Print ANY Color and I can not Pull the TONER TRY OUT TO CHANGE THE TONER. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Three "cool down" breaks to print 437 pages...took over and hour!

Summary: I hate this printer. Really hate it. Tin can... I bought it on another site but hate it so much I'm reviewing it here as well. Sorry HP, I was a loyal customer for years but you are charging hundreds of dollars for this creaky thing? It jams easily. The paper tray is tiny.
Summary: I bought this for home office use. The start up guide was marginally useful. I could not find an on-line manual, just two supplements. Due to multiple steps and the need to go buy a cable not supplied it took four hours to get this thing to print.
Summary: For the first year, I was rather pleased with this unit since I could easily live with the slow speed. Print quality was quite good, I could control it from my macs and the unit does have a very nice look compared to most laser MFP.
Summary: I don't use the printer often- for school reports, occasionally for printing newsletters- and it never fails to frustrate me. Every 10 pages it stops printing and reports "Cleaning". Cleaning what. And why do you have to do it while I'm in a hurry to get things printed?
Summary: I have had several problems with this printer. 1. The paper alignment seems poor. The printed area seems shifted downward, so the the bottom of text that is close to the edge of the page is cut off while there is extra space at the top. 2. The printer does not handle envelopes of odd sizes.
Summary: This is an HP CM1415fnw but the drivers on the CD and HP web site are for a CM1410(series). Even though the CD says CM1415fnw. Driver install failed. If you try to return this you will be charges a 15% (probably) restocking fee and the cost of the toner cartridges will be deducted from your refund.
Summary: I purchased this as a small printer to use in my office, precluding the need for me to run to run to the big network printers for every small little job. The driver package has totally destroyed the stability of my computer, no other driver software has had this impact on my machine.
