It's a really great printer, but with one fatal flaw

Summary: It's a really great printer, but with one fatal flaw: There's a spring in the back of the printer that when it gets warmed up (after printing 20+ pgs.) that weakens and causes the printer to jam or think it has a jam.

Summary: I dont write many reviews but I felt I needed to because I rely on these reviews to make purchases. I have been using this for almost 11 months. The product has great features!!! they just don't work. I have been on the phone with HP engineers trying to get this thing to work.
Summary: Ok printer quality with some software flaws. Slower than our original HP printer it replaced- new printers should be faster not slower (same price range/ same features). You need to park the printer right near your desk in order to wake it from 'sleep mode' on most occasions.
Great quality - weird fonts - UPDATE - Bad ADF Feeder

Summary: I wrote the review below when I first got this printer. I fixed my font issue by updating my drivers. However, I've been experiencing (what I've now found is a common problem) issue with the Auto Document Feeder that allows you to copy or scan multiple pages at a time.
Grrr, got five months, then "Memory is low, job cancelled".

Summary: Bought in Sep 2014, started getting "memory low, job cancelled" warning in February 2015. It will only print one page at a time. Slow to print but that could be a network issue. Copier works great and no problems with document feeder.
Summary: If still had the box, I would have sent it back. Unless I was printing the same thing several times, it wouldn't give me anything close to 30-35 ppm. I bought this because it advertised more ppm then the others, but it is actually slower than my older one.
Summary: Great printer when it works, but I keep getting a message "the printer is not connected." I have paid for tech help on this too many times, so I am getting rid of it. This happened with the last printer, same model. I am getting a Brother and giving up on HP
Summary: So many things wrong with this printer. It's so bad that I'm less angry than utterly baffled. There's a special place in hell reserved for the people who made this printer's interface; I still don't understand half of what the menus mean or how they are organized.
