MFP functionality is non-existant
20 April 2014
Summary: On paper, this looks like a great printer, but if you are running an office, the printer is worse than useless. The driver only allows you to print and do basic scanning from a server environment (only if you are fortunate enough to have desktop experience installed), otherwise, you can only use the...
Summary: I purchased this MFP less than a year ago. It has been replaced with a refurbished machine 2x already and now gets jams every time I try to print. I have requested a NEW machine or full refund.

Summary: When the printer goes to "sleep", I lose connection with my computer and the only way to be able to print again is to re-boot my computer. I decided to move the printer to another computer and I am not having that issue - although when it goes into sleep mode now, I have to turn the printer itself...
