Summary: This is truly the worst printer I have ever owned. I bought it for small office use. Within the first week, the ADF jammed. It was so bad that I had to call HP for a technician. The copies are very messy, almost like the ink is bleeding.
Summary: Just another piece of junk from HP. Stopped working all together after one year. I cant copy, scan nor print. After FIVE HOURS trying to get this thing to work, I give up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. HP has a few links to customer support...they go to pages that do not exist.

Summary: This printer has given us nothing but trouble since the start. We've had it for 2 years now and I want to kick it every time I print something. It continually streaks ink all over the paper when we print. We've had it looked at too many times to count and the problems still persist.
Summary: Stay away from this multifunction. The scanner is poorly designed and is going to jam all the time if you try to scan multiple pages or front and back. The scanner is not serviceable in this case so they are going to send you a replacement part until you have your warranty valid after that you will...
Summary: The unit ordered was a wireless unit but the one received was not. By the time all was said and done, it cost almost $200 to return the unit. When doing searches on Amazon you have to be careful because they include results that are not what you are searching for.

Summary: Don't buy this printer. I have had a laserjet printer for almost 12 years. I was waiting until it stopped working and then was going to buy a color laserjet. Problems with this machine: 1. Jams several times a day, then you have to spend time initializing, calibrating, and cleaning.
Summary: This printer was purchased from our headquarter and sent to us. So far the good news is that it actually prints; however, we already have 3 printers that print better. Major problem with this unit is the auto feeder. This thing jams crazy since the first week of purchase.
Cons: Feeder unit is terrible. Been jaming since the first week of purchase. Replacement part is always on back order.
If you need a printer maybe, if you need somthing that scans stay away

Summary: We have received this product to use in the office. Since the first day of installation, the feeder jams all the time. This thing is terrible for a $600 MFP. If you are considering purchasing this product, go purchase a $100~$200 Cannon MFP.
Summary: This unit is trouble... I've only used it for 6 months... I do not use it very much and it has problems already...HP customer service will only take calls Monday thru Friday... all HP tech support calls go to India...
Summary: Printing quality is good, but scanner sucks. It freezes every 10 pages or so... Nothing you can do except rebooting your computer and printer, which bothers you a lot. If you plan to use a scanner, don't buy this product.
