Summary: This is truly the worst printer I have ever owned. I bought it for small office use. Within the first week, the ADF jammed. It was so bad that I had to call HP for a technician. The copies are very messy, almost like the ink is bleeding. I have changed cartridges (which do not last very long) several times and it still has the same effect. The most annoying part is the time that it takes for copies to print.
Summary: This is a good printer we have 3 in our company now they are easy to set up and the touch screen is fairly intuitive. For address setup going on-line is much easier than using the touch screen. Beware of packaging when ordering: This printer came in only the OEM packaging. No protection at all besides the manufacture's packaging. Box was ripped and dented.

Summary: Pros: - Good functionality to scan and send directly to email accounts. - Auto feed scanner solid. - Print from IOS device - Easy to setup. Cons: - Lack of firmware updates. - Despite what their websites say the printer cannot print full color pages clearly. - Color correction makes everything darker. - Horrible for a business solution. - Laser print cartridges very expensive. - Limited printer apps. - Firmware update link on HP's website does not work most of the time.
Summary: Just another piece of junk from HP. Stopped working all together after one year. I cant copy, scan nor print. After FIVE HOURS trying to get this thing to work, I give up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. HP has a few links to customer support...they go to pages that do not exist. I'm guessing that most of these "AWESOME" ratings found are from paid marketing employees or algorythms (cheaper than paying customer service reps).

Summary: This printer has given us nothing but trouble since the start. We've had it for 2 years now and I want to kick it every time I print something. It continually streaks ink all over the paper when we print. We've had it looked at too many times to count and the problems still persist. Right now when we try to scan using the top tray it jams the paper so much that it's ripped up important papers. We waste so much money on ink and paper by having to re-print things.
Summary: We have had a CM230nf printer for almost 6 years and it was time to update to stay current with mobile devices. With it we had the extra paper tray (CB500A) which is an extra feature for the 2 low-end versions but included in the nfi version. When we got the new m475dn we tested out the printer with the old paper tray and it WORKS! The base is pretty much the same shape and all the pins on the unit looked exactly the same as the the pins on the newer tray (CF106A).
