Worst investment in a long time
26 March 2016
Summary: Worst investment in a long time. It's like having a three year old. When it's good it's good. When it's bad , it's really bad. Eats up black cartridge pretty fast and it's expensive. It freezes up.
Summary: I have used this printer very sparingly. The printed copies are okay but the printer is very unreliable. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I tried a new connection (thinking it was the cord connecting with the computer, but it too, doesn't work).
Summary: I did not purchase this item through Amazon so it is nothing on them this is just a product review. This is just a heads up if you are thinking of buying this printer. I changed the black ink cartridge, looked simple pulled old one out put new one in.
Poor Customer Service and incorrect Warranty Start date from HP
Looking for Great Value, Amazon

Summary: I purchased this Printer for my family's use backing July 2013. Everything arrived in perfect condition and liked many features of the printer and wireless capabilities. About 6 months later I ran into an issue I needed HPs assistance. I needed the service tag to call or email or chat with HP.
Summary: This is a terrible printer. I have had a HP 1300 laser printer for many years and absolutely loved it. We "had" to get a color printer + scanner, so I decided to stay with HP and stay with laser, expecting it to be as great as the B&W 1300. No such luck.
Summary: UPDATE: DO NOT BUY if you care about the ability to scan multiple pages and save into one PDF. This printer does NOT have this capability (ADF Duplex). My mother and I found out about this just a tad bit late--when you open the software HP Scan, it does not give you the option to add or remove pages...
Summary: I purchased this printer about a year ago and it setup just fine. However over that last year it has be unreliable and I am often unable to print. I have it on my home WIFI and at this point I cannot print even with it connected by cabling it directly to my MacBook Pro.
Summary: I bought this printer to replace a B&W HP that I purchased in 1999 (yes, another century!) that finally gave up the ghost after years of faithful, if increasingly slow, printing. I have other printers, but wanted a printer/scanner/copier laser combo (no fax, which I did not want anyhow)and an option...
