You just might die while waiting for this printer to finish

Summary: This printer is S-L-O-W. If you need to print more than a couple pages, drive to Kinkos, it will be faster. And if you need to print more than about 19, be prepared for the dreaded "Cool Down Cycle" If speed is not an issue, then this printer will work fine. Good print quality, easy to use, nice size.
Summary: Do not buy this printer. Save you money !!! It is not reliable, poorly designed. My printer keep showing me " engine error" because it has hardware issues. Customer service doesn't speak English and rude! I will never buy HP products because they are suck!!!

Summary: This review pertains to the HP printer only and not the reseller or Amazon. This has been the worst experience with a printer I have ever had. To add insult to injury I purchased this printer for business use and wasted over 16 hours troubleshooting a product that should have worked properly out of the box. The printer would power on but would not respond to any other actions.
Summary: I never write amazon reviews, but I have to say that this is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a product The printer does not print in the center of each page. HP has the WORST customer support - they have just transferred across departments and gave the runaround at least 10 times (transferred between Mac department to Laserjet department to customer service and back and forth).
Summary: I bought this about 8 months ago for color, replacing a Laserjet 123 that I've had for I'll bet 10 years, a wonderful machine. I had barely used the new one when I began to get messages to replace the cartridges, which cost not much less than the printer. I did so. Now the software/drivers have gone bad. I have had my capable technician here twice, also at a cost about equal to that of the printer. Reinstalls, online help, HP website, etc. Still won't print.
Summary: I'm a home user who is relatively savvy with technology but no expert--probably the average consumer. I cannot get the software to download. I set up the printer, it located my wireless network, and I downloaded and installed the software to run it from the HP site ... I thought. When I went to print a test page it said I needed to download software again. Then I ultimately got the message "The software for this printer is currently unavailable.
Summary: Horrible printer. Works fine but after a month of very light usage the black toner is gone. Price to replace, $50 per cartridge. Like 15% of the total cost of the printer itself, for ONE cartridge!
