Summary: Wireless does not actually mean totally wireless. You MUST set up the printer wired to your network. IF there are errors you MUST rewire the printer. This printer worked long enough to change printer cartridges. The initial cartridges are sample cartridges and almost immediately need replacing. I replaced mine. Some how pulling a printer cartridge out of the printer and replacing it with a new cartridge messed up the wireless router settings.
You just might die while waiting for this printer to finish

Summary: This printer is S-L-O-W. If you need to print more than a couple pages, drive to Kinkos, it will be faster. And if you need to print more than about 19, be prepared for the dreaded "Cool Down Cycle" If speed is not an issue, then this printer will work fine. Good print quality, easy to use, nice size.
Summary: Do not buy this printer. Save you money !!! It is not reliable, poorly designed. My printer keep showing me " engine error" because it has hardware issues. Customer service doesn't speak English and rude! I will never buy HP products because they are suck!!!

Summary: from the moment i bought this i had so much difficulty to set it up.it doesn't work properly with mac.it has lots of connection problem with wifi and when i changed the cartridge it shows error every time i wanna print !!!very expensive cartridge to replace . now it doesn't work at all and it says its not connected to the power or has connection problem while everything is set up correctly .dont recommend this at all.
Summary: This review pertains to the HP printer only and not the reseller or Amazon. This has been the worst experience with a printer I have ever had. To add insult to injury I purchased this printer for business use and wasted over 16 hours troubleshooting a product that should have worked properly out of the box. The printer would power on but would not respond to any other actions.
Summary: I never write amazon reviews, but I have to say that this is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a product The printer does not print in the center of each page. HP has the WORST customer support - they have just transferred across departments and gave the runaround at least 10 times (transferred between Mac department to Laserjet department to customer service and back and forth).
Summary: We went through 4 printers in less than a month. 2 from seller and 2 more straight from HP. unreliable spent hours with tech support trying to resolve issues. This isn't the first HP printer I've had issues with. Will never by HP printer again!
Summary: I bought the printer and printed less than 30 pages and it went to cool down mode. Highly dissapointed with this printer, in fact most annoying and dissappointing printing experience ever! High recommend not to buy this printer.
Summary: I have owned this HP printer for over a year, and it is a dog. The performance is bad, it is unreliable, and it is very expensive to operate. When the printer prints, the quality is good. The problem is that it can take some effort to get it to print. The printer seems to take a long time to warm up or come online. Then, after you do print. It wants to cycle, and cycle again, and then cycle again. The process is very slow and loud.
