HP LaserJet Pro 100 Color MFP

8 April 2012
  • Summary: The HP LaserJet Pro 100 is a solid color laser printer for personal use, but the high cost of consumables, slow print speeds, and missing features limit its productivity for home offices.
  • Pros: The space-saving HP LaserJet Pro 100 serves up professional-quality color documents with three-way network connectivity and cloud printing.
  • Cons: Print speeds are slower than average, and the lack of autoduplexing means more time and paper wasted.

HP LaserJet Pro M175nw Review

4 October 2011
  • Conclusion: We fully recommend this product for numerous reasons. The is not only a reliable 3-in-one product, but it's compact, offers speedy monochrome prints times that are of good quality, has wireless network connectivity, and also has some great features such as ePrint technology and a 35-sheet ADF. Moreover, we didn't come to any shocking results during our tests to deter us from recommending the M175nw.
  • Pros: Quick monochrome print speeds, Great quality prints, Compact for its class, HP ePrint enabled
  • Cons: Slower color print/first page out speeds, No EconoMode (HP's toner saver mode)

9 April 2012
  • Conclusion: Print quality is good. Smart Install will make printer installs a lot easier, while Wi-Fi Direct will probably save a lot of helpdesk calls for usernames and passwords for on-the-fly printing.

The M175nw was launched in July and weighs in at about 19kg (35lbs), measures 441 x 421 x 338mm, and is aimed at small to midsize businesses, but would be useful in home offices or very small businesses. We reviewed the network model, the M175nw.
