Lot of unusable expensive features

Dave69, Hewlett-Packard
27 March 2013
  • Summary: Scanner is faster than my old 8270 but we have to scan to USB as we gave up getting the scan to network share working after hours of trying. Cant find any on line support. ePrint is a non function. Although it may workn once again, after hours of work I gave up as did others according to the HP forum. Maybe ports and protocols have to be opened in the in-house system firewall but no instructions.

PCRush is the worst vendor that I have ever had to deal with.

Travis Hawkins, Amazon
10 February 2013
  • Summary: This vendor shipped me a product that didn't match the description that then would not replace it for the correct model #. Then when you have an issue, you cannot talk to a person. All communication is through email and you get a standard response to every reply that states their policy and basically that they can't help you without charging you additional money. I would warn anyone about purchasing anything from this vendor.

"Too sensitive to USB switching"

30 November 2003
  • Pros: Fast and quiet
  • Cons: Bought this a year ago and worked great. But a year later I didn't keep the warning about switching the USB connection without powering off. Now printer is just a paperweight. Certainly the original packaging warned against this, but I think a quality
