Summary: I use this to print color handouts and greeting cards. When using the Avery 8315 Matte White Note Cards, the printer feeds one or two and then jams. The cards can only be printed one at a time, and even then the printer usually jams. I have not had problems with ordinary copy paper, but it really does not handle heavier paper well at all.
Poor Mac driver and support ruins excellent hardware

Summary: This printer is excellent as an all-in-one. Photos could be better, but I rarely print them. Graphics, charts, etc. really pop. The benefits of a toner-based system shows. Unfortunately, HP has not provided adequate support for Macs. All my documents print in reverse order and many features are not available, including faxing. Scanning does not work over my network. I must plug into the USB port.
Summary: I purchased a CM1312NFI printer when I was running on 64bit Vista Ultimate. Other than the fact that the printer IS a little on the slow side, overall I was pleased with it. Then came Windows 7 ... I am a 30 year computer user (and software engineer) ... I should have know better than to purchase/install an initial version of a MS OS: I upgraded to Windows 7 ~2 weeks ago when it was released.
Summary: I DO NOT LIKE this printer. 1) Fax receive is intermittent at best. When I most need it it seems not to receive. 2) It only has a 8 1/2 x 11" glass platen / screen, this does not allow for scanning of legal documents unless they are fed through the auto feeder, not always convenient nor safe for documents. 3) Auto feeder is faster than the one on my prior machine, but does not come close to my Cannon at the office. 4) Price of supplies is TOOO HIGH!
Major problems on Vista 64-Bit.. Scanning App stinks
L. Marks, Amazon
11 February 2009
Summary: We are returning this printer. There are major problems with the driver with Vista 64-BIT. Search the net for 'PCL XL Error' for this printer and you'll see the discussions. As far as scanning goes.. slow, software stinks, is not suitable for business use. We just orderd a Fujitsu ScanSnap. Read the reviews on that one, wow.
Summary: Truth be told, the quality of color prints is a sight to behold, especially on such a compact printer, but the cost that we've incurred on toner alone has been a real detriment. We find ourselves replacing cartridges each month, at about $75 for each color. On top of that, pure black and white prints take an excessively long time.
Summary: They missed some of the basics on this machine. There is no manual feed operation, only one paper tray. Must remove all existing paper and realign paper tray guides to print a single envelope or any other size or type of paper. This funchtion misfeeds quite often. Takes some time to set up properly. Fax has no alternate answering machine but you can plug in an external answering machine. Print quality is good but very expensive to use.
Summary: Pros: Nice looking unit at a great price for a Color Laser. Cons: Driver bogged down PC so much it was unbearable to keep. Printer was slow to respond to printing requests. HP Online Chat was unable to diagnose printer to begin chat process. 150 Sheet Paper Tray capacity.
Summary: Computadores perdem "sincronismo" com muita freqüência e é necessário reinstalar seu software para que volte a funcionar. No próprio site do fabricante não existe muita informação sobre drivers e formas de solucionar o problema.
Extrem hohe Folgekosten, Sehr Laut, ansonsten brauchbar

Summary: Positiv: - Die Druckqualität ist in Ordnung.
