Summary: First off I did not buy this printer thourgh Amazon. I have bought many, many products from Amazon and because of all the reviews on the products I have been able to buy wisely and have been very happy with all my purchases. I have owned this HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP printer since Nov.
Summary: Installed win7, then had no scanner. Contacted tech support, had to pay for help and still have no scanner. Uses color cartridges even when grayscale is selected . I am looking for a different mfp, and it won't be an hp.
Summary: I've had this printer for about 2 years. I was lured in by the low purchase price, but the fact is that when you buy replacement toner, it is very expensive. The print quality for color is excellent.
Summary: The printer is wonderful but HP should have done a better job. The voltage rating is 110V and that is for USA alone. HP should go global in their voltage rating to encourage other world users buy it.
Summary: This printer is terrible! My actual rating is -100. Calibrates itself loudly several times daily - usually around 2 am. It does NOT have an envelope tray, so you need to remove the paper and adjust the tray inside every time you need an envelope printed.
Summary: I purchased a color laserjet CM1312nfi printer based upon recommendations made by an HP technician. I expected that technical support would be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week - as it is widely advertised from the box the printer came in, automated messages, emails, literature and...
Summary: I'm sad to say this product and HP support have made me question ever purchasing an HP product again. The software is mediocre at best. The scanner interface is very bare-bones - nothing but a dialog box (at least on Vista and Windows 7, that seems to take an eternity to open.
Summary: I do not recommend this machine which I've had for about 3 months now. The one reason that I am writing this review is because there is nothing else I can do. I cannot stop this printer from chronically sending driver errors (PCL XL).
