Summary: We had this fax machine in the past and really loved it so we wanted to get another and the price was great. The new fax is working well and it was very timely send out. We also liked how well packaged it was and also that they gave us so much information.
Summary: I got my HP LaserJet 3030 in several days. My computer man set it up for me and it's been working great. I like the HP 3030 better than the new HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP I bought. The toner cartridge is larger and prints several hundred more copies.
Summary: This is a great MFP for Windows XP, but HP stopped supporting this device after that. After a recent upgrade to Windows 7, I have lost all the functionality besides printing. Scanning won't work and new drivers for Windows 7 have not been made available by HP.
Summary: This is my second 3030. I purchased this one used, and was initially upset to find the tip tray missing. However, the seller made it up to me by sending out another try right away. It works as well as my last one.
Summary: HP makes a nice all around unit in the 3030. I have deployed many of them in a business environment over the past few years, and had very few problems. Too many people expect an all in one to do everything well, that is not their purpose in life; instead they are intended to do many things well.
Summary: I have had this machine about 4 years and it works great for us. We use in our home office and use all functions, print, scan, fax. I have 32 bit and 64 bit computers and they both work great with the 3030.
Summary: I've owned this multifunction machine for five years (Dec 2004 to Jan 2010). I've used all the major functionality -- print, scan, copy and fax. I have few, if any complaints about its performance in any of these areas.
Summary: Ever since I bought this so called all in one I started having nothing but problems. Lousy software that has patches on top of patches, on top of fixes that do not fix a thing. Buy it if you are looking for a copy machine, but if you are looking for a printer or a scanner then you should be looking...
