Summary: Loved this printer so much that when it died I assumed it was fluke and bought another one. Nope. Next one I bought lasted a year and then the touchscreen stopped working rendering the thing a brick. Total junk.
Summary: Honestly, I think there should be a class action lawsuit against HP for this product. Our broke twice within the 1 year warranty period and HP sent a refurbished replacement. Now we are just outside the warranty period, and it is broken again. Completely worthless.

Summary: I bought one of these printers (HP envy 120) and loved it for its beautiful design and ease of use. It seemed to be made of quality materials and looked good on my desk next to my mac computer. Then, 3 months past the warranty, the touchscreen slowly began to die.
I really hate this machine and will never buy an HP inkjet ...

Summary: Very stylish looking but... that's about it! I think I have used it maybe 8 times successfully during the time I have had it the past year - most of the time I'll get an error code - or now, the scanner just shows lines....
Don't buy printers anymore. Just use Google Cloud Print.

Summary: I bought the envy 120 a little over a year ago and I have had so many issues. I'm only going to waste my time tell you the biggest problem. The "scan to email" goes through HPs servers so when the servers are down or under maintenance, no scan to email for you!
Summary: This printer is pretty awful. I print about a dozen things a year (event tickets, coupons, etc). First, the color had trouble reaching the paper, gradually getting worse to what looked like none of the the contacts even reaching the paper.
Summary: My printer was rarely used and started printing with streaks and smudges after 1 year. I tried all the troubleshoot options: align, clean nozzle, new ink, etc. I called HP Support and the smug bastard on the phone said the service phone call will cost $30 but he will "let it slide" because I'd never...
