Summary: I generally like this printer because it has all the functionality you can think of that comes in a sleek, good looking package. One complaint I have about this printer is that the automatic moving face gets stuck sometimes and makes this horrible grinding sound. Not sure what causes it but my guess is dust. The second complaint is the touchscreen is not very responsive. Expect a lot of wrong button taps.
Summary: Looking at the reviews and having other HP products I wanted to get the best HP printer I could for the money???? My problem is with the ink the cartgs. are smallllllll. Wish I had known. Ink is a killer. make sure you do your research and count the cost of the ink....
Summary: A little difficult to setup mostly because the touch screen did not activate cleanly when pressed; had to repeat pressing on screen and then it would write multiple characters and I would have to backspace to correct it; over and over. I did like the remote printing features off of my smart phone for shits and giggles mostly;not sure if I would use that regularly. I had a paper jam very soon after using; no easy way to remove jam.
Summary: There are so many things going for it; be it the stylish and sleek industrial design, the iPhone-inspired UI, 20-sheets free monthly efax (doesn't require a phone jack), scan to USB drive. BUT, it gives me hell when we turned it off for a few month and turn it back on. We had a hard time connecting to it through WiFi. A day after, it heals itself magically for no good reason. I hope that's the happy ending of it. Can't wait to enjoy all it brings in the coming years.
Summary: I've had the HP Envy 114 for about a month now, so far so good. I bought this particular product specifically for the wireless capability. I also wanted to be able to scan and copy. I don't really have to print very often so I was not concerned with high out put, nor do I print photos. It works well for everything that I want it to do. It was easy to set up, and the big bonus for me was the front loading and printing of paper.
Summary: So it isn't good for big print jobs, but what short of a professional printer is? It is quiet, feeds flawlessly, wirelessly, from Apple and Windows based machines, even from my android phone. This is exactly what your home office needs.
Summary: I wanted to love this printer. It has got to be the most beautiful printer ever. The fact that you cannot tell it is a printer and that there is no paper hanging out to give it away was a selling feature to me. However, this printer is truly form over function. PROS: - Beautiful - Whisper Silent - Decent black-ink printing speed - Ridiculously easy set up - Smaller footprint - Rarely feeds papers crooked - Large touch screen with decent performance CONS: - Will not allow...
Summary: After 4 years, my photosmart 4200 decided it no longer wanted to accept its cartridges, I decided to simply buy a new printer. The envy simply stands apart from most printers as it simply feels more solidly well built, it's much heavier than most but probably more than it needs to be - the thing IS heavy, perhaps that's why it's ultra quiet when printing. The set up is easy if you plan to use a cable.
