HP Still Has Not Learned

  • Summary: Really liked this printer for the last 36 months...did it all for me...but today! Today, it refuses to feed paper, jam everytime. Understand I am just 24 days out of extended warranty. So I called the 800 number looking for help. Ended up in India with some dot that did not know how to spell "Jim".

Terrible print quality and loses signal to the iPad

  • Summary: I would have thought buying a higher end series printer from HP that it was a no brainier in terms of print quality and build quality, boy was I ever wrong. The build quality is decent but not great. The print quality (the real reason you buy a printer) is beyond bad.

Worst EVER!!!!!

  • Summary: Ordered this POS and it lasted 15 days. Worked fine up until then. Now it will not copy, scan or print. Called customer service at HP and the first thing they said was that we were out of warranty by 186 days. We only had it for 2 weeks; how could that be?

Problem moving extender

  • Summary: I purchased a HP Envy 114 D411c series printer in August 2012 . It does go through the ink cartridges very quickly. In that year I have printed a total of 1136 pages. The printer is now broken, out of warranty, and shows an error message entitled, "Problem Moving Extender".

If it worked...it would be a very cool machine

  • Summary: It's compact and sleek looking. The display panel is touch screen and flips up to various angles for easy reach and reading. When you print, the display screen goes up automatically, the paper catcher swings out, and the paper comes out.
